Ambiente informale ma gradevolissimo, personale e titolare disponibili e preparatissimi. Pesce freschissimo e piatti ben prepararti e gradevolmente impiattati. Dessert home made deliziosi, la Crepe li batte tutti però. Ottima carta vini. Rispetto al servizio, la presenza, l'atmosfera gradevolissima i prezzi sono perfettamente in linea. La qualità si paga e qui ha il giusto prezzo

Definitely one of the best in the whole region. Fresh fish, excellent surroundings, varied menu, top wines, owner who will be able to guide you towards your desires. Absolutely worth visiting

Great place to eat the best seafood in the city. Special thanks to chef Mykola and the team for taking care of our dietary needs and preparing our dishes gluten-free and dairy-free. We always look forward to the next time we can come back to Trieste and have a dinner in your restaurant.

Small and well-kept place, imaginative and quality cuisine. Correct prices. --- added during pandemic period --- Even now that only takeaway is possible, Bottega di Trimalcione still proves to be one of the best restaurants in Trieste (and beyond). --- pandemic over --- Trimalchio always at the top. Maybe even further. --- change of management --- A dutiful greeting to the old manager Walter whom I thank for all these years of gastronomic happiness and a welcome discovery that the new management has collected and if possible perfected what could be improved. Always super recommended!

08/11/2024: I liked it a lot: cozy but welcoming, excellent typical Trieste cuisine, quick service and courteous staff. I highly recommend it, also for the excellent quality-price ratio!
25/10/2024: Oh what can I say! Quality and fast service when you have little time to return to the clinic... on Fridays an obligatory stop for lunch with your aunt. Highly recommended, not only the quality and service but also the price. Well done and keep going
