…perchè i piatti di pesce freschissimo sono stati serviti da personale gentile e professionale…abbiamo mangiato sia il piatto di crudi, buono anche al naturale, che capesante gratinate, buonissime…ottimi anche i secondi ed i dolci…accompagnati con Glera sfusa anzichè bottiglia perchè il prezzo nella carta dei vini è un po’ esagerato, unico neo della cena perchè il rapporto qualità prezzo di 50 euro a testa è risultato corretto…locale assolutamente consigliato!

Historic restaurant in Trieste, excellent fish cuisine that offers various pleasant gastronomic surprises!
There were six of us at dinner and we returned home satisfied with the service of Denise, a very good advisor, with the truly evocative interior of the restaurant and above all with the rich menu which, starting from the raw dishes and the appetizers, culminates in an unmissable crepe suzette, probably unique in Trieste.

Ambiente informale ma gradevolissimo, personale e titolare disponibili e preparatissimi. Pesce freschissimo e piatti ben prepararti e gradevolmente impiattati. Dessert home made deliziosi, la Crepe li batte tutti però. Ottima carta vini. Rispetto al servizio, la presenza, l'atmosfera gradevolissima i prezzi sono perfettamente in linea. La qualità si paga e qui ha il giusto prezzo

Siamo stati qui a cena a gennaio 25, finora il migliore ristorante che abbiamo sperimentato a Trieste. Atmosfera tranquilla, servizio impeccabile, fuori dal circuito turistico, cibi raffinati e equilibrati, tutto buonissimo. Cozze alla Busara spettacolari, cicorietta, tonno, polpo e torta ganache superlativi ma resta la curiosità per il reston del menu! Sicuramente da provare
