Siamo stati a cena con la confraternita del buongusto di coccaglio , ottimo servizio titolari molto professionali e simpatici . Tutto buono , nota di merito per il lardo top e costine cotte a bassa temperatura si scioglievano in bocca ,fiorentina da 1.6 kg buona d'altronde da un toscano ce lo aspettavamo ,varie etichette vini molto dell'isola d'elba ( titolare e chef viene da li) . Bravi torneremo un saluto fabio il priore.
