Ho comprato le olive e i cremini da friggere per portarli in Puglia, gentile il proprietario, ha confezionato con cura il cibo ed è arrivato in ottime condizioni. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Capito su suggerimento, la signora ci accoglie molto bene e ci prepara al volo due cose fritte nonostante fossero le 19.30 (chiudono per le 20). Siamo in due, facciamo un mix tra olive al tartufo, olive ascolane classiche, cremini e spiedini con zucchine e prosciutto cotto. Il tutto D I V I N A M E N T E. Con 2 birre, 36€

Ristorante La Contrada

20/08/2024: The choice of meat restaurants in the Cupra area is almost zero. So I opted for the Contrada, on the hills about 12 km away. Excellent meat cooked to perfection and truffles generously served. The first courses were less good: paccheri made with tomato puree. For me it doesn't work: you should use fresh tomatoes if anything. Also the truffle tagliatelle: too dry. They should be softened with a cream. However, apart from the chef's ideas which must be respected, the place deserves a lot. The wine list is excellent. Average prices, around €50 each. Advised.
17/08/2024: My idea of ​​having a truffle-based dinner was satisfied, dishes cooked well with a good dose of truffles on top... excellent service, kind and helpful... there were 14 of us with children...
