You can find this sweet and delicious bakery on Via Parisi, across from the scientific high school, offering food to eat in, outside, or inside. The owners are very kind and available to answer any questions! I highly recommend buying something, especially the stuffed focaccias (with just ham or stracciatella and speck).

30/12/2025: Meat and wonderful smell in the historic center of Altamura.
21/09/2025: In addition to the classic grilled meat, excellently cut and finished, which even the children loved, we also enjoyed the excellent mutton stewed in a traditional terracotta dish. It was fragrant and spicy just right, so tender it was perfect for eating with your hands. The house Primitivo was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Ristorante dell’Agriturismo Tenuta Tedone Consolini

27/12/2025: We visited this estate for a family lunch. Many sophisticated appetizers. The pumpkin-based first and second courses were delicious. The homemade desserts were very good. The service was attentive and fast. The access from the road is unpaved, and rightly so; I'd cover a few potholes. Enjoy your visit.
21/12/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at this agriturismo located in the heart of the Murgia. The service was impeccable and the dishes were top-quality. I'd give the chef a sixth star!
