I've tried lots of high-quality pizzas with special flours and natural yeast. I would say that Alessandro Della Bottega del Chiu's is the best ever, both in terms of taste and digestibility! Thank you! Keep it up!

Everything really good: meat, focaccia, cheesecake, cured meats, cheeses, potatoes, bread and freshly made olive oil. Very nice place. Really welcoming service. Average prices. See you next time, definitely.

Servizio freddo ma cortese; attesa infinita, malgrado non ci fosse folla (40 minuti per una pizza); finita l'insalata (!). Pizza di tipo napoletano discreta, ma con gli alveoli della pasta che si "incollavano". Conto elevato per la zona e il livello del locale; irritante il coperto per tovaglietta e tovagliolo di carta. Se potete, evitate.

Piacevolissima esperienza. Scelto per le buone recensioni, abbiamo assaggiato una deliziosa Pappa al pomodoro con burrata. Buoni i contorni. La vera sorpresa è stata la pizza (alla napoletana) con una lievitazione di 48 ore e cotta ad arte nel forno a legna. Personale veloce ed efficiente. Buona l'accoglienza. Il locale è molto carino e arredato con un certo gusto.

Wow, this place is seriously underrated. Incredible onion soup. Best bread we’ve had in Tuscany while walking the via Francigena, and wonderful pizza. Great service as well.

18/10/2024: Helpful and courteous host. We called asking for a table for 8.30pm then for 9.30pm having left Rome late. They thought the kitchen was now closed in a small town like Montalcino - late October. The innkeeper replied that he was waiting for us! There were two of us when we arrived and he made us sit. Very kind, good and appetizing cuisine, nice location inside!!! Place ok! It doesn't take much to satisfy and make customers happy, small attentions! Thank you

La Cantina di Colle Bereto

02/10/2024: Visited for a late lunch, nice small Ristorante with friendly staff and an interesting menu with lots of home made dishes. The Ravioli was very good, as was the lasagne, reasonably priced too.
26/09/2024: We had a great light lunch with some wine. Service was really good.
