Let me start by saying that I must apologize for the confusion I made in the order and I must congratulate and thank the owner infinitely for her wonderful kindness. Ten stars!!! For the rest the location is nice, but on the road, oh well who cares... We ordered french fries and fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The chips, homemade and fried very well, very good. The fried mushrooms (all gluten-free, I'm celiac and intolerant to dairy products, alas) are DIVINITY. I hadn't eaten them in years. It is rare for a celiac to find them. Excellent superlatives, truly compliments!!! My husband's tagliolini with nettles, no gluten free, according to him, excellent. In short, I expected better from the chisolino. Then a few variations of gluten-free first courses or maybe I didn't know how to read the digital menu well. But what saddens me is finding places so attentive to gluten intolerance and not lactose. Very often those who suffer from one intolerance also have another. And buying lactose-free mozzarella is feasible. Oh well, overall I still recommend it and I hope for an adjustment because I would really like to return!!!

The gluten-free menu is excellent, the staff are very kind... their gluten-free bread that they cook is very good. I recommend it.

Found this wee roadside trattoria after a visit to Valdena. We were in a hurry to find somewhere to park our car and then somewhere to eat so came here without great expectations - the outside of the restaurant is very unassuming. The whole family were in dire need of food and shelter (a rainstorm arrived just as we did) so made directly here as it’s close to a set of public car parking spaces. Thank you serendipity! The server was SO welcoming and spoke much much better English than our very broken Italian. The food (Pizzas, Nettle Pasta, Porchini Pasta, Salads) was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this restaurant it’s staff and food more. We plan to come back to the area in 2025 and will come back here then.

The place is beautiful, excellent service, kind, competent waiters and excellent chissolino, great variety of first and second courses, all good, thanks for the experience

Really good gluten-free pizza and chisolino, even those who are lucky enough to be able to eat what they want should try it.

Che dire … abbiamo mangiato divinamente! Antipasto con salumi misti della zona ottimi e focaccia fatta al momento ancora calda! Come primo piatto ho ordinato Fior di Porcini, una specialità di pasta fresca fatta in casa (come tutto il resto della pasta che si trova nel menù) con ripieno di ricotta e porcini condita con porcini, una gioia per il palato!! Come secondo piatto la tartare di manzo con porcini … ottima, condita perfettamente. Vino rosso della casa molto buono, ideale per accompagnare questi piatti. Ed infine un tiramisù super! L’ambiente è molto accogliente e si nota che Elisa e Simona amano ciò che fanno e si può solo dire che ci riescono nel migliore dei modi! Consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante.
