Superb lunch just steps from San Godenzo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional home cooking: we had an excellent platter with house wine, the incredible pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, and a tender fried steak. The real added value is the young man and woman who run the place: incredibly kind and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. ​A must-visit if you're in the area, we'll definitely be back!

Motorcycle ride to the Muraglione.... we found this place thanks to a motorcyclist who recommended it.... we were very happy with both the food and the drinks.... (Good wine cellar, you can tell he's done the course) The service was also excellent.

Craving a cool, fresh air and an escape from Florence, I randomly searched for a place that would also satisfy us culinaryally. So we found ourselves at this place that seems straight out of a postcard. Shortly after San Godenzo, you leave the main road leading to the Muraglione Pass and climb a few kilometers to a small group of houses where the restaurant, nestled like a little jewel, is located. A large, shaded outdoor patio and a short menu, just as we like it, often synonymous with fresh, sublime dishes. A special recommendation, if you find it on the menu, is the stewed pigeon. The meat is always difficult to handle, but it turns out beautifully. The porcini and bardiccio pappardelle and roasts in general are also excellent. The price was surprising for what we ate. Highly recommended!

A gem of a restaurant nestled in lush, wild nature, it offers dynamic and impeccable service. The menu is limited but frequently varied. The food is well-cooked and tasty, of a superior standard, and the price is in line with the offerings. We had a wonderful time and will return. The place as a whole is worth the trip. In conclusion, if you want to spend a different evening, cheered by a lovely atmosphere and delicious food, this is the place I recommend.
