Oh, gentlemen, this place is truly serious! Despite its name and its genuinely humble presentation, here we are faced with an Italianness that buries any "star"! I was there with a friend and we arrived shamefully late! Greeted with hermit-like serenity, we placed ourselves in the hands of the owner, who wisely recommended a trio of first courses with various game ragùs. Now, imagine eating three gelatos with variations of the same ingredient. Well, they were three completely personal and different journeys, thanks to a skillful blend of spices and clearly a history passed down through generations. Initially, we were even intent on digging into a tagliata, which we already knew was one of the specialties, but it was the owner himself who recommended the best. The three second courses were enough to tell the whole story! A sign of great confidence in the products. The finale was a sampling of desserts prepared by himself and his mother; I'll list them for the record: a blackberry tart, a cheesecake with strawberry frosting and a Nutella heart (prepared in a way I can't remember), absolutely out of this world, a spoon tiramisu (abundant) equally out of this world, cantucci and vin santo to finally annihilate us. The hermitage nourished us, invigorated our spirits, and the precious, revealing chatter of history sublimated everything. These are the places where you discover that Italy is still alive and still has much to teach the rest of the world. Put "I Bottega" anywhere in the world, just as it is, and you'll always come back to think how beautiful our country is! Thank you!

A friend of mine and I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. They welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. They were able to make the dinner feel like you were eating with family. The chef conveyed all his passion for cooking in every dish and his way of communicating with the people. I'm sure he'll see me again. Unfortunately, I'm not from the area, but I'll do a walk around again just to feel as good as I did today. Thanks to the whole family.

We went to Arezzo for lunch at this lovely osteria. We had a wonderful meal, from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere was family-friendly, friendly, courteous, and professional.

If you're looking for an elegant place, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're interested in excellent ingredients and personal, family-style cooking, then you're in the right place. I highly recommend trying the pici topped with taleggio cheese, onion, and truffle, the potato-filled ravioli, and the ravioli with octopus, fried eggplant, and seasonal truffle. Excellent restaurant.
