A good pastry shop, now very dear like many others. I often had breakfast, the quality of the products is there, the coffee is average, the service and environment are excellent, the staff is helpful. I just say to the owner that when a dissatisfied customer returns (in my case) and points out that certain cream puffs were not fresh and therefore thrown away because they were inedible, you just have to refund without creating alibis or climbing behind useless technical explanations that a kind employee gave us who at the time at the end he offered me a coffee.

Discreet pastry shop in the quadrilateral of Bologna.
The cappuccino is good and creamy (€1.7).
The lemon single portion (lemon delight) is also decent, also at a fairly high cost (€4).
Large space for breakfast with seating.
Pretty quick service. Bartender (only one), with a somewhat dry response and, I'm sorry to write, not particularly kind.
Overall, good pastry shop but prices a little high.

Excellent sweet and savory selection and very good cappuccino! Friendly and professional staff. The environment needs to be looked after better both from the point of view of furnishings and cleanliness.

Pasticceria con prodotti dolci e salati. Molto frequentata, in ogni stagione. Abbiamo voluto provarla di recente e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene. Il posto è molto accogliente, ma ci aspettavamo un'offerta più ampia, specie di paste e pasticcini.
