It offers an interesting variety of pizza doughs. Such as hemp. But the pizza turned out to be a little too "heavy". The appetizer suggested by the waiter was very good.

A fixed stop for us. The pizza dough is very digestible and the choice is truly complete. Service always punctual and courteous.

We ate here for lunch today. We were a table of 11 people and we ate very well! The friendly and professional staff. A welcoming and informal tavern. Homemade and very tasty food. Excellent cold cuts and superb tomato soup. Tasty wild boar pappardelle and homemade desserts. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money

Used the restaurant with a pick-up service. Pizza and pasta were excellent. It's a bit hard to find.

Very friendly service. We still got a place in a lounge area even though we didn't reserve. Everyone meets here on weekends. If you want to experience the real Italy, you should come here. To the typical tourist it will seem loud and busy, but this is Italy. Lots of communication and social contact and interaction. Refreshing and lively. The food was a bit too simple for our “old tongue”, but our son was very satisfied. You can also drink an aperitif or cocktail. Just experience it for yourself!

We found the restaurant a bit by chance and we were made very welcome with a very quality aperitivo, then with succulent dishes! We just regretted not being more hungry to enjoy it even more! Great value for money too. Grazzie thousand!

Excellent service, variety of doughs, excellent pizza. The hemp one is a must try! If I don't give 5 stars it's only because of the structure but the guys try hard and are 5 stars

Un petit restaurant sympa, de très bonne pizzas copieuses pour un prix plus que correct. Petit bémol pour les fruits de mer frit,les crevettes pas décortiquer. Nous recommandons tout de même.

Very good pizzeria (and not only)! Great variety of doughs, of which I particularly appreciated the one with hemp flour (light but very tasty). The appetizers were excellent, unfortunately we didn't take photos of them due to hunger; above all, the stracchino and raw coccoli and the fried pecorino with truffle sauce were really good... but be careful not to overdo it otherwise you won't finish the pizza! Friendly and very helpful service with an overall very affordable price!

21/08/2024: It is a must to stop and eat at the Archivio del Gusto when you go to Siena, you eat very well, and the environment is very welcoming and the staff very kind.
21/08/2024: We were totally won over by this wonderful restaurant!! After dozens of restaurants over the years in Italy, I think I can say that this one is one of the best, both in terms of the quality of our dishes (simply excellently executed) and also the very warm service. A must do!
