La Bitta 2 In Bari

I don't call it a tourist trap simply because the owner is very nice and friendly; but seeing the "coperto" bill during the aperitivo... simply awful. Cocktails slightly watered down.

An excellent place with attentive professionals. I received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a vegetarian Puglia specialty (thank you to the chef!).

Recommended place for a drink with friends. The owner is very friendly, super helpful, and kind. Highly recommended.

As I told Onofrio last night as I was leaving his place to go back to the hotel... 🥱😴 ……“I have to say, I'm leaving happy”😊 It was all very pleasant. I'm Neapolitan, and for over ten years, for work, I've been a regular visitor to Bari and the northern Bari area, always appreciating the cuisine and all the local products, along with the pleasure of having met, and still meeting, so many wonderful people. La Bitta was a wonderful acquaintance... 😉

Very nice place. The PINSA was very good, the manager did a great job selling... The bill was perhaps a little disproportionate. We went in for a SPRITZ, which was advertised at €5.00, with olives (€2.50), taralli (€2.50), and a cover charge of €2 per person... it's a pub, who knows! The bill was €30 for 2. We weren't expecting it, but it's understandable! Everything was very good and high-quality (including the taralli and olives)!!
