What can I say: excellent service and divine pizzas! I often frequent this pizzeria with my husband for the impeccable quality of their products, mostly local and authentic, especially for takeout or a quick pizza on the go. Yesterday, however, I had the opportunity to celebrate an important event with over twenty friends and family... and I was truly amazed! I never expected such efficient service. The young wait staff welcomed us with a smile and truly special attention. The table was impeccable and perfectly reflected every need and request made. The pizzas were hot, fragrant, and delicious as always, and they all arrived at the same time—not a given with such a large group! Not to mention the desserts and the service during the cake hour: it felt like we weren't just celebrating with each other, but with the staff as well. Their attention makes you feel truly part of the family. I recommend La Bisboccia to everyone, not just for the weekly pizza, but also for large events and celebrations. The management of over 20 people was impeccable: just communicate your needs well and they will take care of everything!

A great find! We were just passing through the area and stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. The pizza was excellent. The tiramisu was superb. The service and welcome were pleasant. I highly recommend it.

I went to this pizzeria with a dear friend who had been there before. I really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was unique, thanks to the crispiness of the semolina. The service was very kind and attentive, thanks to Gabriele, who looked after us from start to finish with a smile and professionalism.

Fantastic and typical pizzeria. Serves ONLY pizzas! They're excellent!!! And cheap!! On the other hand, it's a very expensive place...

An exceptional pizza and a fast and courteous service

Entriamo alle 20:00, convinti che avremmo passato la solita serata a masticare cartone condito, e invece… sorpresa! Ci sediamo e nel giro di pochi minuti ci portano il menù. Stampato. Su carta. Leggibile. Un lusso ormai. Ordiniamo le pizze. Ci prepariamo mentalmente a un’attesa biblica, tipo "aspetta e spera che Dio ti manda la pizza", e invece… in 10 minuti arriva. Calda. Tonda. Con ingredienti veri. Roba che si mastica, non si analizza al microscopio. La pizza? Croccante fuori, morbida dentro. Un equilibrio così perfetto che pensavo fosse una leggenda urbana. Il pomodoro aveva davvero il sapore di pomodoro. Sì, avete letto bene: pomodoro che sa di pomodoro. Il formaggio? Presente e coinvolto. Un miracolo. Il personale? Cordiale, sorridente… praticamente degli alieni. Nessuno che ti guarda come se avessi chiesto la ricetta segreta della felicità. Solo educazione e professionalità, ma senza quell’ansia da “le mance sono la mia unica fonte di affetto”. Atmosfera accogliente, luci giuste, musica a volume umano (cioè non sembri in discoteca a mezzanotte). Prezzi onestissimi, il che mi ha fatto seriamente dubitare della loro sanità mentale. Insomma, una serata fantastica. Sono uscito sazio, felice e anche un po’ confuso. Perché dopo anni di pizze mediocri… questa esperienza quasi mi ha fatto credere che l’umanità possa farcela.
