I wanted to try the Recco focaccia... or rather the Recco type since it was established that only those who produce it in Recco and neighboring municipalities can legitimately use the name. Looking for a focacceria in the station area of ​​Genoa I found Teobaldo's, the staff is friendly and smiling and the focaccia may well be Recco TYPE... but we liked it a lot.

21/07/2023: Devo dire un po' caro, 55€ il menù completo che comunque ha gli stessi tagli di carne di altri posti un po' più accessibili.. Cibo molto buono, ma completamente cannata la cottura degli ultimi due tagli di carne tra cui la picanha.. Durissimi. Peccato!
