La Biolca In Rubiera

We were here today, April 13, 2025, to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. There were 20 of us and we were all very happy. We ate very well with excellent and genuine homemade products. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful in satisfying us in any way we requested. We highly recommend it!!!

And what can I say, I went today for the first time and it was immediately home. A special thanks to Raffaele and his son who seems to be doing very well in the kitchen. All very good, see you soon

I was really impressed by this farmhouse! The welcoming atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste typical traditional products with 0 km products. Very good revisited traditional dishes and finally the desserts were the finishing touch of a very tasty lunch. It was a beautiful day spent on this farm. We will absolutely be back!

Trovato per caso su internet, questo fantastico agriturismo ci ha convinti sotto tutti i punti di vista, la location, l'accoglienza, la qualità e la diversità dei cibi, il prezzo ragionevole. Un bravo particolare al giovane cuoco ventenne, figlio del titolare che ci ha conquistato con la sua gentilezza. Menu alla carta e non fisso com'è spesso negli agriturismi. Da consigliare assolutamente in coppia o in gruppo.

We were there for the second time in a short time and the place did not disappoint expectations, I tried a first course off the menu, risotto with broccoli and chilli jam which was mouth-watering!!! The drunken tagliatelle chosen by my children were exceptional and the rosettes taken by my wife were also excellent... Even the desserts and liqueurs, all made by them, were truly delicious... All we have to do is compliment them and go back.

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo ieri, in occasione della giornata "Fattorie Aperte". Avevamo prenotato le attività da far fare al picco per poi rimanere anche a pranzo. Purtroppo a causa del cattivo tempo che c'è stato nei giorni passati, con sommo dispiacere, il proprietario Raffele ci ha fatto sapere che le attività erano state annullate, ma ci ha permesso comunque di fare un giro tra gli animali. Noi eravamo attrezzati con tuta impermeabile e galoche per il bimbo, che si è divertito forse anche di più saltando qua e la tra le pozzanghere. E' presente una bell'area giochi per i bimbi con un mega salterello e un percorso ad ostacoli che ha impegnato mio figlio per una buona oretta. Fatta ora di pranzo ci siamo seduti al tavolo e con estrema cortesia il proprietario ci ha spiegato che era possibile ordinare alla carta oltre che il menu previsto per il giorno. Abbiamo comunque optato per il menu fisso che ci sembrava anche troppo abbondante... Ci tengo ad anticipare che la GESTIONE E' CAMBIATA e che le recensioni negative non si riferiscono affatto quella attuale! Noi abbiamo mangiato benissimo e ci torneremo ancora e ancora soprattutto perché si sentono aria e sapori di casa! Antipasto in gran quantità di gnocco fritto appena sfornato, focaccia con cipolla e aceto balsamico, salumi affettati misti (prosciutto, mortadella e salame buonissimi), al tavolo ci hanno portato un vassoio con polenta fritta, zucca al forno (squisita!), polpette di carne e forse delle polpette di patate, erbazzone, patate al forno, cavolo nero con fagioli... Insomma già alla fine dell'antipasto eravamo pieni! Come primi ci hanno portato un vassoio enorme di gramigna paglia e fieno con ragù e un altro con risotto alla parmigiana. Per finire un tagliere con assaggi di varie torte e crostate accompagnate da Nocello, da un liquore al basilico e menta e uno alla polpa di amarena, tutti fatto da loro. Da restarci sechi !!!! Il piccolo ha gradito e spazzolato tutto! Per la modica cifra di 25 euro a testa (15 per il bimbo) direi che non si può chiedere di più e soprattutto di meglio. Genuino, saporito e condito da buona educazione e cortesia, sempre più difficile da trovare nei locali oggi! Bravi continuate così!!!
