A very characteristic place located in the alleys of Cavana. Stunning decor, warm and inviting, with a mezzanine dining room. Excellent food, from the exquisite fish soup to the Gran Fritto misto. The Friulian wine (house wine) was delicious. Everything was excellent, absolutely recommended. I found the controversial Pelinkovac with the blue label at Frontiera! Greetings from Brescia

A very cute little place, except for the central streets. Delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, even below expectations for a central location. Highly recommended.

Very cute and small trattoria with a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was also very nice. All in all a good price performance ratio and definitely worth a recommendation:)

I don't know where some of the other reviewers ate but this place is one of the best that we've ever eaten at. And we've eaten at Italian restaurants all over the world. The Seafood in gnocchi and the shrimp pasta were amazing! Don't miss this out of the way gem.

A wonderful experience. We felt like regulars, even family, even though it was our first visit. The food... we were delighted with all the dishes, and we decided to try many of them. The cozze, the seafood gnocchi, the calamari, and the best anchovies I've ever had! I'd love to go back!

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, the service excellent (our food arrived promptly!), and the food was delicious. I had gnocchi allo scoglio, which I'll remember for a long time. Delicious!!!

09/11/2025: A small restaurant with exceptional customer service, fresh and delicious food, and a wonderful house wine and bread. The best restaurant we ate at during our stay in Trieste, highly recommended for its quality and value. We would definitely return!
08/11/2025: Really small but well-organized place. Excellent welcome and good choice of fish. Two starters (gratin scallops and prawns with rocket) followed by good spaghetti allo scoglio. And for dessert, millefeuille with chantilly cream, very good fresh fish. Excellent and friendly service. Good bill considering the good standard.
