Without a doubt, one of the best pizzerias in Siena, with gluten-free options available. The homemade pizza dough is delicious. Service is quick, despite the attention paid to every order and the large crowd. I recommend it.

Hands down, my favorite place. Gluten-free pizza is truly PIZZA, and, at least in Siena, that doesn't happen often. They have tons of delicious gluten-free options, and my friends have always loved the gluten-free pizza, too. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. 🥰 Unfortunately, when the place is particularly busy, you have to wait a little longer, but it's absolutely worth it!

Both the classic and gluten-free pizzas are the best in the city.
And the gluten-free one isn't the best of the gluten-free options; it's just delicious in itself, as is pizza in general! Fantastic quality.

The place is really loud and noisy, and the pizza wasn't great for the high price we paid. There are better places in Siena.

Neapolitan Pizza That Gains Respect in Siena
I admit I entered with some skepticism, because I've heard so many promises of "real Neapolitan pizza." The ambiance is simple, no-frills, and focused on substance; a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. But it's when the pizza arrives that all skepticism evaporates. The scent of fresh basil and cooked tomato fills the table. The first bite is a revelation: the crust, puffed and golden, offers a light crispiness on the outside that quickly gives way to an almost ethereal softness. The dough is of unquestionable quality, light and easy to digest. If I really had to find the one detail missing from the list, I'd say it's the drinks menu. For such a carefully crafted pizza, I would have expected a more sophisticated selection of beers or wines, rather than the rather standard offerings. A small step forward on this front would make the experience truly impeccable. The service, however, was attentive and friendly.

Nice place, friendly staff, fast service. Both the regular and gluten-free pizzas are good. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza is really excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very simple. I don't think the oven is wood-fired, but the pizza is really good, with a soft, light dough. Excellent value for money.

True Neapolitan pizza has stopped in Siena
Siena has plenty of pizzerias, but when it comes to proper Neapolitan pizza, there's no getting around it. The dough is light and melts in your mouth, the kind you can sleep on at night with ease. I was recently there with friends, one of whom has to eat gluten-free, and he told me he hadn't found a pizza as good as this in a while. It seemed almost normal, with its thick crust, not the dry soles they usually give him. The owners are also incredibly kind, welcoming you with a smile and making you feel at home in a family atmosphere. The place isn't very big, so it's best to call ahead, otherwise you risk being left empty-handed. Beer and wine may cost a little more, but for a pizza like this, it's easily forgiven. It's a winner.
