Fantastic Livorno experience. I'd go back any night. The staff is young, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere is also very youthful, and you feel a little less boomer despite being 65. We ate traditional, very well-prepared food, and felt very relaxed. Maybe it's because I love Livorno, but I absolutely recommend it.

We ordered baguettes, and the selection was good, but unfortunately, it was a bit dry! We were in the restaurant at the same time as the local market, so it was very loud. The beer was still good, though :)

Excellent staff, quaint place...we dined outside, aime surrounded by pigeons! Plenty of dishes and sandwiches, but lacking a lot of flavor.

XXL sandwiches are super tasty, but pay attention to the balance Nice place, very kind staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a “Maestrale” sandwich and a schiacciata with roast beef: both super abundant, crunchy bread and quality ingredients. Top cold cuts, but the sauces are a bit weak — covered by stronger flavors like caramelized onions. Lots of quantity, but the flavors need to be better balanced. Overall, a more than positive experience!

13/07/2025: Chosen at random... I was a bit skeptical given the reviews, but I'm happy to give it 5 stars. The place and location are incredible, with a breathtaking sunset over Portoferraio. There was a small initial mix-up with the wine, but it was quickly resolved brilliantly. We had two excellent starters, very good wine, and a gin and tonic and sgroppino to finish the evening, all of which were excellent. The bill isn't exactly cheap, but it's justified given the location.
