Excellent sandwiches, you can see that the quality of the product is high. The American sweet potatoes with cheese and pepper fondue are amazing. The desserts are also good. The only small flaw is the slow initial service and when you go with children like us you try to order quickly so they can eat. But it's really a detail, we were very satisfied and will return to try the mola di bari sandwich!

Rainy Saturday evening in Le Barisienne. Well with their sandwiches they didn't care about the weather outside. Really excellent. Very tender meat, well-measured sauces and condiments. Super beer. Friendly and helpful staff. An environment that reproduces a nice mix between tradition and innovation, reflecting what will then be the taste on the palate: traditional local products, revisited and united in an innovative mix that is sure to be appreciated. 3 different sandwiches and all 3 super appreciated.
Really really congratulations.
The only flaw of the sandwiches: they look so appetizing that we remembered to take a photo too late 😅

The place has lost a lot, the panzerotti were special and now they don't make them anymore, the sandwiches were excellent, but the choice has dropped drastically, the prices were high and now they are even higher, which is normal, but before at least the price was justified of excellent quality

Buona panineria con menu’ abbastanza variegato anche per i vegetariani. Personale gentilissimo. Peccato per l’unbicaxione(troppi palazzi intorno ed un po’ in periferia).

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia ed i miei cognati a visitare Polignano a mare. Posto davvero incantevole ma data la sua bellezza c'era davvero tanta confusione. Quindi decidiamo di spostarci e siamo giunti presso la panineria situata a Mola di Bari. Location carina e accogliente, personale gentile , panini davvero buoni. Lo consiglio
