The food is excellent, no matter what you order but the branzino al sale is especially amazing. The place is very well decorated with an intimate atmosphere and the service is fast and non-invasive.

We arrived without a reservation, but they easily accommodated us at a table on the terrace. The food was excellent and the service even better. The views from Spianata are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Le Cantine dello Stagnino

25/02/2026: We were a group of 16 and they offered us a fixed menu for €35, all-inclusive, including wine, water, and dessert. Everything was delicious.
16/02/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for months now, and it's a surefire way to experience it. The place is quaint, and the family-run business makes you feel right at home, thanks in part to the incredibly friendly waiters and incredibly fast service. The portions are decidedly generous, and most of the dishes are homemade, starting with the fresh pasta. I absolutely recommend the off-menu braised cheek these days; it's out of this world. The bill is a plus: the menu and wine list prices are very reasonable, a rarity these days. It's hard to beat the quality and atmosphere; it remains my favorite place in the area. I highly recommend making a reservation.
