We had lunch yesterday, it was all delicious, plentiful (we made all the encores and trios we wanted) and of excellent quality. Genuine, local, 0 km products, very honest price. Family atmosphere, fresh air, helpful managers. Everything perfect. My fellow diners also shopped lavishly for typical products in the shop inside the restaurant. Thank you, you contributed to making us spend a pleasant day in the Nebrodi woods. I'm only sorry I wasn't able to say goodbye to Don Carmelo. Until next time!

Arrivati casualmente mentre eravamo in strada, questa trattoria si presenta accogliente con il personale pronto e gentile. Menu fisso consigliato (25€ a pers) ma anche possibilità alla carta.
Antipasti di salumi, formaggi e sottoli, 2 primi e carne a go-go arrostita alla brace(ma anche un bollito ovino di rara ed antica bontà), biscotti alle nocciole, Amari e liquori alla nocciole, caffè.
Tutto ciò che non riesci a mangiare puoi portarlo via.

It was a pleasure to eat in this restaurant, I took the fixed menu for €25 per person. Decent starter of cured meats, cheeses, olives, etc. I don't give 5 stars but 4 because the pasta wasn't cooked at the moment but it was sautéed, too bad because it had a good seasoning. Instead, I give my all for the very good and plentiful meat. I would go back just for it. They forgot to bring me the boiled sheep meat that the waiter advertised to me, saying it was very good, but oh well, that will be for next time. Finally, the bitters and the sweets. excellent hazelnut. Ps. (these 2 photos are only a small part, unfortunately I didn't take any others) but to be clear, luxury gelding

If you pass through Ucria you can't help but stop and eat in this restaurant. You will be welcomed by Sebastiano, a very kind person who, right from the start, manages to put anyone who enters his place at ease.
We decided to take the fixed menu but the à la carte menu is also extensive.
We started with a selection of appetizers: cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, boiled potatoes, all very fresh and locally sourced. Bread is something inexplicable, the flavor of the past.
We continued with boiled sheep (subject to reservation), with tomato sausage, veal rolls, pork chops, Messina rolls, tripe: all cooked according to tradition and delicious.
At the end of the meal we were served some very good hazelnut biscuits together with some bitters.
We left the restaurant very satisfied both for the excellent value for money and for the pleasant discovery of this warm and welcoming place.
We will be back again.
