I had the pleasure of dining at La Baracca Du Rizzu in Ucria and I must say it was an amazing experience! Located in an enchanting location, this trattoria offers a welcoming and authentic atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The menu is full of traditional Sicilian dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the Nebrodi cured meats and cheeses, which were simply delicious. The grilled meat and rolls were also outstanding and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The restaurant is perfect for large groups, thanks to the large spaces and the availability of outdoor tables. Another plus is the quality-price ratio: the dishes are plentiful and the prices are more than reasonable.
