Excellent dinner with wine pairings that were explained each time, along with the various courses, all pleasantly light. The staff were all very professional and friendly, the cleanliness was excellent throughout, the room was very spacious (room 1), and the
breakfast was also excellent, with local and authentic products. Highly recommended.

Praiseworthy, sublime, exceptional!!! We went to this restaurant out of curiosity and left amazed and extremely satisfied: highly professional, the food was simply delicious, authentic, and with unique flavors. Each course was a flavorful experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and there was meticulous attention to detail. Absolutely worth a try, and we can't wait to return! Truly, congratulations!

The food was sublime, but the service wasn't Michelin-starred. The waiters were friendly, but the sommelier wasn't interested and disappeared halfway through the meal.
There were also several service errors, such as using old glasses for the wine. The chef was disinterested and only spent time at his computer.
Ultimately, it was overpriced for what you get.

A unique experience!
I was given a voucher for my birthday. My expectations were high. It was my first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I have to tell you, it was HEAVENLY! We ate very well, like never before. We chose two tasting menus: Mare and Campagna. Very generous and rich in flavors and innovative, surprising combinations! I will definitely be back.

Torniamo volentieri alla Bandiera, qualità nei piatti, nel sevizio, per l'ampia soddisfazione. Scegliamo sempre la degustazione, per apprezzare tutti i sapori degli abbinamenti negli ottimi ingredienti che lo chef realizza. In questo caso, 'mare e campagna'. Non mi dilungo nelle descrizioni, ma accenno solo a verdura (dell'orto di Bruna) studiata e lavorata, piacevole, gustosa e sorprendente; o una tartare con una rivotica di orzo, speciale. Lista vini completa, con la difficoltà di scegliere, ma si può chiedere consiglio.

Veramente una bella scoperta. Cibo di ottima qualità, servizio cortese (anche se a volte un po’ poco accurato, l’acqua che finiva in tavola non veniva riportata, alcuni camerieri spiegavano i piatti descrivendoli bene altre cameriere arrivavano e li posavano sul tavolo direttamente, ma per me questo non è un malus grave). Dicevo, le pietanze erano ottime , personalmente ho assaggiato tutte portate di carne, ma vorrei tornare per assaggiare il pesce. Prezzo congruo, porzioni congrue. Location semplice ed elegante. Bravi e continuate così!
