Torniamo volentieri alla Bandiera, qualità nei piatti, nel sevizio, per l'ampia soddisfazione. Scegliamo sempre la degustazione, per apprezzare tutti i sapori degli abbinamenti negli ottimi ingredienti che lo chef realizza. In questo caso, 'mare e campagna'. Non mi dilungo nelle descrizioni, ma accenno solo a verdura (dell'orto di Bruna) studiata e lavorata, piacevole, gustosa e sorprendente; o una tartare con una rivotica di orzo, speciale. Lista vini completa, con la difficoltà di scegliere, ma si può chiedere consiglio.

A pleasant discovery. We went to La Bandiera last night with my family and it was truly a very pleasant discovery. We ate a lot and very well: a sequence of small delicacies, with attention to the smallest details and rich in flavour. Each dish was a surprise, one better than the other. Everything truly delicious! We will definitely be back.

Unique flavor experience. Modern location, minimal inside and rustic outside. Excellent dishes.

My family and I went to the flag restaurant to celebrate my daughter's move. Fabulous location and location overlooking the Majella I chose the sea and countryside menu with seasonal products. The food is high quality and skillfully plated. 5 stars and praise for the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Prologue 2020, recommended by the maitre. Full-bodied and fragrant. I could not give 5 stars to the service due to small things certainly due to the sold out tables but which a starred person must pay attention to: water poured by oneself even though the waitresses were quite attentive and explanatory and due to an oversight of the Maitre Despite my report of intolerance to a dish, I still received this one. And the replacement with the 100*100 carrot dish had been hastily prepared; so the carrot was crispy, unfortunately it wasn't. Another recommendation is for the very high quality lamb but that for mine personal taste I found it raw. I haven't stayed but I give 5 stars on trust. The flag is definitely recommended

Michelin-starred restaurant La Bandiera, in the Pescarese hinterland (near the more well-known Pianella), unfortunately we did not take advantage of the possibility of staying overnight, but only had dinner (so it is not possible to judge the rooms). The place is well furnished, elegant, very clean and welcoming, there is only room for around thirty diners distributed on tables of various sizes and types (outside there is a large car park and in the summer period they should give the possibility of eating out). The service is excellent, you are pampered by various waiters, each with a different function, all kind, polite, helpful and competent. The exceptional food with local products, for quality and presentation on the plate, with various colors and combinations, the various combinations are perfect (the menu varies according to the period). The very complete wine list, for all tastes and budgets. The quality - price - quantity ratio is excellent. Definitely a restaurant to visit several times to savor all the dishes. Highly recommended.

Ristorante fantastico che meriterebbe la seconda stella Michelin! Lo stile minimalista è perfetto. Il servizio è ottimo, con maitre, camerieri e sommelier sempre attenti e presenti. Il menù mare e monti è una profonda esperienza sui gusti della tradizione, coniugati a scelte di impiattamenti originali, eccelsa qualità delle materie utilizzate e fantasia negli accostamenti. Le verdure e gli ortaggi utilizzati che provengono dall'orto di casa hanno un sapore sublime, come la carne di agnello ed il pesce di mare. La sequenza dei vini è ottima e ben accostata ai piatti. Una cena fantastica rallegrata da un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
