In Senigallia for work, on the recommendation of colleagues, I dined at La Baldigara restaurant.
Excellent mixed appetizers with perfect pairings, a plate of grilled sardines, plentiful and delicious. The desserts were worthy of a pleasant dinner.
Fair prices for both the food and the wine list. Top-notch service.

We started with a rich and carefully prepared seafood appetizer: fresh and well-seasoned seafood salad, crostini with salmon and mayonnaise, marinated anchovies, and many other seafood delicacies, all served with attention to detail and top-quality ingredients.
For the second course, a truly impeccable mixed fried fish and vegetables: light, crispy, and dry, with calamari, shrimp, and perfectly fried julienned vegetables. 🍤🦑

A very welcoming place with excellent service that makes you feel right at home. The manager is extremely kind and knowledgeable, as well as a lovely person. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers excellent dishes where the flavor of the fish always takes center stage, and the other ingredients are expertly used to enhance it. No one dish stands out; they're all exceptional.

Excellent dinner at Baldigara! Delicious seafood appetizer, superb seafood carbonara, and perfect, light mixed fried fish. Fair prices, friendly service, albeit a bit slow (there were a lot of tables at once). Overall, a truly five-star experience!
