Good morning, I would like to share as a gesture of courtesy and restitution, my new "return" experience at Pizzeria La Baia, many years after the last time. I found exactly the same Gorgonzola Pizza on the menu that I enjoyed every Friday. A truly sublime combination and balance of flavours. Through tasting the Gorgonzola pizza, I recognised, "the art and magic" of the same Master Pizzaiolo from many years ago. I went to compliment the same owner for the care and attention to the customer and the same pizza chef, for having so pleasantly enjoyed once again that Gorgonzola pizza, perfectly maintained in all its excellence. If you are looking for a pizzeria that makes your taste buds vibrate, "La Baia" is the right place for you! I had the pleasure of dining here and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. The pizza is simply divine! The pasta is light and crunchy, with the right balance between softness and crunchiness. The ingredients are very fresh and of high quality: the tomato is sweet and tasty, the mozzarella is stringy and tasty. I tried their Margherita pizza, a classic that challenges every pizza chef. The simplicity of this dish demonstrated to me the quality of the ingredients, and "La Baia" does not disappoint at all. My partner chose a Tyrolean pizza (with speck and zola), crazy ingredients. The service was impeccable: courteous and attentive and never intrusive. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming. In conclusion, I highly recommend "La Baia" I can't wait to return and try other specialties on the menu!
