L. z. pasticceria In Milano

Nice place with various oriental desserts/breads. I wanted a dessert after lunch and there was so much to choose from. Finally, I grabbed a slice of cake from the fridge (it really was called "torta"), a layered sponge cake with lots of cream. I'm not sure how oriental it is (😅), but it was very good and fresh. The staff was friendly. The price was a few euros (2-3 for each type). I'll be back.

We had three desserts the first time and they were delicious: the mango bread was delicious, and the red bean bread was really great. We bought them again recently and the quality is the same. The prices are very affordable and the food is delicious. I will definitely go back to try those desserts again.

Given a more positive experience with staff this would be a five star review. The woman who handled my purchase was cold, expressionless, and seemed to be wholeheartedly looking forward to my departure from the store. Otherwise, the pastries were excellent, beautifully displayed offerings. I’ll leave it at that.
