It's all good, but let's not give star ratings.. I just broke a glass at a table because a pigeon scared me, and they brought me a new drink and didn't charge me for the glass.

Nikou was amazing- she helped us order delicious Florence specialties, provided some help with our Italian, 👍, and was an enjoyable person for conversation! Location great for people watching and Duomo views.

Located at the foot of the Duomo, the café serves breakfast to dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

The location of the café is beautiful with a view of the cathedral. The service is very friendly and there is a good atmosphere. I spent very good mornings here and can recommend the café :)

We loved to stop and spend our lunch time here.. friendly staff. Specially from Niko, she is always smiling, her English is very good which was very helpful for us. 🥰

Service was good ! Food was delicious, the margarita pizza was crispy & spaghetti taste was just right. View is also nice to take photo with the duomo.

Wonderful spot right next to the cathedral. The food was tasty and priced right, and the service was amazing! Nikou was our server and she was so friendly and made our meal so special! We will absolutely return next time!

We had great coffee and juice here. The staff were very friendly. Prices are a little high but that is to be expected given the location. I can't comment on food.

My wife and I stopped in for drinks and to get some AC on a very hot day. The drinks were wonderful! We read some of the other reviews and it's ridiculous how tourists treat these restaurants right outside of attractions. They were nice, attentive and very responsive; don't believe the Karen's that have given this place one star, it is great place right next to the Cathedral with a wonderful view, and great drinks. Espresso martini was the best and the Hugo spritz was so refreshing!
