I ate here today together with priest friends from the diocese of Bergamo. The owner, Massimo, welcomed us in a commendable manner. Congratulations for your work and activity. The cutting board must be tried! Come and eat here!

It is hard to describe how unique this place is. You walk in, and you're blown away by the scents of the cooking. The culatello(higher end proscuitto) does not disappoint. The museum has a price, but i think you essentially have the run of place. It is 4 rooms plus some placards outdoors with history of processing the pig. Definitely walk around the grounds in between courses. The place is fascinating. You could be greeted by the local cats or the local peacock.

👍🇮🇹 🐷🐖Excellent address to taste Emilia Romagna charcuterie (Culatellello and Tutti quanti!) Very good service 👍👍 Friendliness of staff and smiles 🙂 Pretty farm away from the crowds. Very very beautiful ham maturing cellar 🍖 Great experience! Family lunch 2 adults and 2 teenagers. 200 euros for 4.

Si tratta della parte "meno nobile" del più famoso ristorante stellato ma la qualità è comunque molto positiva, sia per quanto riguarda il servizio che i sapori. Sono ancora molto visibili le tracce di quella che una volta doveva essere la stalla della corte. Esperienza tutto sommato positiva!

05/05/2025: I took an Ethiopian dish, very good even if the seitan was missing because it was not available. Fair prices for the quality and good service! Definitely a stop to try Eritrean/Ethiopian food.
20/04/2025: The cuisine is unique... I wouldn't give it 5 stars but 6! A very well-kept environment and fabulous staff. We come back because we can't find anything better! A vast and assorted choice for every refined palate. Even the desserts offered leave you spoiled for choice. Various recommended dishes and the zighini prepared by Araya is excellent. I also recommend the fried fish... better than some mixed fried foods you eat at the seaside.
