Good food, but nothing exceptional. We'd been there years ago and liked it better. The service could be improved. We had to ask several times for water, bread, and cheese before receiving it. The place is very nice.

Beautiful location and fabulous cured meats, the rest of the food was good. The service wasn't the best; we were brought a dessert we hadn't requested. When we pointed this out, they told us it wasn't there, and they'd charge for it. In the end, it was included on the bill. Aside from this small mix-up, the cured meats were truly fantastic.

A delightful osteria inside the courtyard, perfect for a break after visiting the Culatello Museum, which is definitely worth a visit. The location and ambiance are exceptional.

The salumi, including the famed culatello, were nice however we had one salami that was particularly ‘fusty’- beyond the usual funk you can get from the mold on the casing. It was a little off putting.
Pasta was well made though and the ragu, made with beef from the white cattle, was delicious.

There are several places nearby where you can eat very well, but in my experience this isn't one of them.
It sells very well, but the quality is poor. It's a shame.

A charming setting surrounded by greenery, adjacent to the Culatello Museum and a Michelin-starred restaurant. High-quality products are guaranteed, especially the cured meats. The prices are equally high, so despite the osteria-like atmosphere, two (not very generous) courses and a glass of wine will set you back more than €40.

Il locale è sempre molto bello, rustico ma piacevole.

Andiamo ora al cibo, antipasti favolosi, tartare ottima ed anche il tagliere di salumi molto buoni ed abbondanti, ma purtroppo ci fermiamo qui...
I primi hanno lasciato a desiderare, tagliatelle al ragout troppo lisce e con poco condimento mentre le lasagne al forno erano praticamente bianche.
L'unico secondo che salva è il roast beef, ottimo e abbondante mentre tagliata e medaglioni da rivedere.
Dolci buoni.
Rapporto qualità/quantità prezzo da rivedere...

It is hard to describe how unique this place is. You walk in, and you're blown away by the scents of the cooking. The culatello(higher end proscuitto) does not disappoint. The museum has a price, but i think you essentially have the run of place. It is 4 rooms plus some placards outdoors with history of processing the pig. Definitely walk around the grounds in between courses. The place is fascinating. You could be greeted by the local cats or the local peacock.
