L’ Amo Osteria di Mare In Pesaro

Found by pure chance thanks to Google Maps, it was a wonderful discovery. The place is not large but very intimate and well furnished. The very kind managers suggested some dishes (mixed cold seafood and polenta with seafood) which were really tasty and served in generous portions. Excellent value for money. If I lived in Pesaro it would be one of my fixed destinations where I can find quality and courtesy.

From the polite and attentive welcome, with the open kitchen, to the punctual service, never intrusive, but generous with accurate information, if requested, to the all-fish menu, where we particularly appreciated the tartare (of which I won't tell you anything in advance, just saying that it will surprise you), the spaghetti, with clams, bottarga and black cabbage (on request, also traditional, or without the cabbage, but I definitely suggest you try the combination, which in my opinion is very successful), to a cut of tuna, memorable in its essentiality, combined with seasonal vegetables, designed to enhance the authenticity of the proposal. The wine list, also essential, attentive to the best of the territory, selected in such a way as to guarantee the correct pairings. Last but not least, try the artisanal bitters, to end on a distinct note. We will be back soon, thanks again.

Beautiful experience in this small but delightful restaurant, well furnished, colorful and above all with a menu full of colorful and tasty dishes. Personally I loved the spaghetti with clams, red cabbage and bottarga.... Really excellent! Reasonable prices in relation to the excellent quality, impeccable service and great availability make this place a safe choice for those who love quality and hospitality. Absolutely worth trying

As soon as I entered, as there were few customers, I was skeptical, but once I had sat down and tasted the first dish I changed my mind. Excellent, quality cuisine at a fair price. If you pass through Pesaro, highly recommended.

The appearance from the outside didn't convince us too much, but luckily you don't judge a book by appearances. And in this case appearances would have largely misled us. In fact, once inside the environment was very nice, relaxing and accommodating. The service was very polite and courteous. The food was FABULOUS. We tried three different first courses, all three fantastic. Orecchiette a poem of land and sea. The pumpkin cream went very well with the rest of the dish. A symphony of flavours. Second course everyone headed for the tuna steak and I have to say that if I came back. I would never try any other second course, it would be enough for me forever... I would say that the side vegetables were an integral and thoughtful part of the dish, unlike many side dishes placed there a bit like this, to fill or add colour. All very good, I would give 6 stars if I could. 50 per person but with 3 glasses of white wine, water, 3 first courses, 3 second courses of fish and a dessert. Correct price. Thanks l!

Piatti abbondanti ma raffinati. Un ottimo ristorantino di pesce con cibo fresco. Tempi di attesa di una decina di minuti abbondanti che fanno capire che i piatti sono cucinati a richiesta.
