Location immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Superb. Excellent cut of meat, wide choice of wines. The crostini with livers and the tomato soup are also good. Fair price considering the food and the location.

Bellissimo posto, ambiente esterno fantastico.
La Sapienza sta nella cura dei dettagli che la cucina ha nei confronti dello spazio e del tempo.
La Resistenza sta tutta nel fronteggiare, in un difficile corpo, tutti i tentativi di forzare gli elementi.
Antichi sapori e gusti per chi ancora è in grado di apprezzare il Buono ed il Ben fatto.

We came for dinner Friday evening with 5 friends and we had an excellent evening at Acquolina. I recommend this place 100%: the pasta and meats (tagliatta) were delicious, the friendly service and the magnificent setting!
On the other hand, we were shocked by the very aggressive behavior of the table behind us who yelled at the waitress because 3 dishes, ordered later, arrived 20 minutes later and not 45 as I read in the hateful comments. The group decided to leave right away, making a scene swearing to “destroy the restaurant.”
Go ahead without fear, you will have a great evening!

A most pleasant experience, despite the presence of a large group whose rude and very aggressive attitude towards the staff due to a slight delay made us uncomfortable. The staff remained extremely professional despite this situation. That said, the cuisine was simply exquisite, the service impeccable, and the setting enchanting, with fields of olive trees lit up with small lanterns, creating a magical atmosphere. Go there with your eyes closed!

I don't usually do reviews. In a certain sense we believe we can judge a restaurant exclusively by a dinner. However, tonight I can only mention the all-round quality and courtesy of this tavern.
