We returned after two years... As always, sublime. Very nice place but above all excellent Tuscan cuisine.

Sono tornato in questo ristorante dopo 18 anni. Avevo memoria di una delle più buone fiorentine mai provate e sono voluto tornare per riprovare. La fiorentina ha una frollatura sublime ed in attesa del piatto forte ci hanno portato delle bruschette con l’olio nuovo di un verde intenso e di eccezionale sapore. Buono anche il vino della casa. Conto in linea con la qualità dei prodotti. Per chi non mangia la fiorentina ci sono altri eccellenti piatti della tradizione toscana.

I returned after 18 years and the quality has not changed. The place has obviously expanded and modernized, but the Florentine was superlative then and remains exceptional now. The oil that is served with the bruschetta while waiting for the main course is also excellent. Another notable feature is that the house wine is really good. I hope I don't have to wait another 18 years to return....

Indicatoci da persone del posto, sono andata qui a cena. Il locale è molto grande, quindi, anche se non avevamo prenotato, ci hanno trovato un posto. Cucina tipica: pici all'aglione, tagliata di porcini e tartufo e semifreddo al torroncino fatto in casa, tutto molto buono. Servizio veloce, prezzi coerenti con la qualità offerta. Peccato non aver potuto mangiare fuori, perché gli spazi esterni sono bellissimi.

03/01/2025: We were passing by Laterina and stopped after reading the reviews, for us to say that everything was perfect is an understatement, from the welcome, to the food and the bill. But above all I found gluten-free food from starters to desserts, something you can't find anywhere else, for us celiacs it's a paradise, but even my husband who isn't gluten-free ate very well, we'll definitely be back every time we pass by here .
