The sushi is DELICIOUS and the chef and waitress are absolutely amazing. Very kind and open for a nice conversation. We loveeee sushi and this is without a doubt one of the best sushi restaurants we’ve been. If you close to here (or not😉) you should definitely visit.

A high-end à la carte Japanese restaurant. We tried the tasting experience, guided by the talent and creativity of master sushi chef Nao-San. What can we say? The ingredients were exceptionally high-quality, the pairings delicious, and the service was extremely courteous and equally professional. The unique and intimate location deserves a special mention. We'll definitely be back.

Last night my husband and I went to eat at the restaurant in Marina di Carrara. We already knew Kyubi when it was in Ameglia, but we'd always ordered takeout since we lived in La Spezia. As usual, the experience was excellent!!! We enjoyed truly excellent dishes. The restaurant isn't very big, so reservations are recommended. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality sushi, nothing like the all-you-can-eat options out there. Prices are in line with high-end seafood restaurants.

A true Japanese restaurant, with refined and delicious dishes, meticulously prepared. Very friendly staff, and fair prices for the quality.

The restaurant is authentic Japanese, with the option of sitting at the counter and watching the dishes being prepared and served. The ingredients are excellent, as is the preparation. There may be a bit of repetition in some of the tasting dishes, but the quality is very high. It's nothing like the popular a la carte sushi or ayê. Perhaps the only slight disappointment is the location itself; considering the uniqueness they offer, perhaps a renovation that was more reminiscent of traditional Japanese shops, if not the carts, would have made everything more magical.

I went to the Kyubi Club with my wife. It's a true Japanese restaurant with sophisticated dishes, quality ingredients, and high-end cuisine. We experienced the same flavors as in Japan and a few other Japanese restaurants in Milan. The chef is excellent, the wait staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is informal and the restaurant is small, and it even has an outdoor area with tables; there is no reserved parking. If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat experience, this isn't the place for you!

An incredible experience in Marina di Carrara. Located in an area away from the city center, it's less chaotic. The interior is cozy and refined, in a Japanese style. The menu offers culinary experiences with varying numbers of courses, featuring both cooked and raw dishes, inspired by the chef's creativity—a plus, especially for those like us who are inexperienced with à la carte dishes. It's nothing short of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Top-quality ingredients expertly prepared. The attention to detail is meticulous in the service. We'll be back to try other dishes.
