An incredible experience in Marina di Carrara. Located in an area away from the city center, it's less chaotic. The interior is cozy and refined, in a Japanese style. The menu offers culinary experiences with varying numbers of courses, featuring both cooked and raw dishes, inspired by the chef's creativity—a plus, especially for those like us who are inexperienced with à la carte dishes. It's nothing short of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Top-quality ingredients expertly prepared. The attention to detail is meticulous in the service. We'll be back to try other dishes.

I live in the area and I noticed this corner of Japan three years after it opened. I never thought I'd find a top-notch Japanese restaurant close to home. Tried a nine-course tasting. The quality has nothing to envy of starred restaurants. True traditional Japanese cuisine, with both cooked and raw tastings, complete with very fine wagyū meat. The chef, who is 100% Japanese, prepares the dishes directly behind the counter with an open kitchen. Each dish was expertly studied, creating a harmony of flavors that lasted from the beginning to the end of the tasting menu. The products are excellent and very rare to find. Impeccably clean, the place is small and has very few seats, but it is finely furnished in authentic Japanese style, with soft lights and lo-fi music. Extremely high level experience, unexpected also considering the area. I will become a regular customer.

Finally a real authentic Japanese restaurant, which is rare to find in Italy. The quality of the food and selection of ingredients are excellent. Highly recommended for those who want to try real Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is small but delightful, ideal for small groups. I will definitely come back.
