A very nice and welcoming place, it is managed by the good Chef Bandana (Massimo) who is a friendly and efficient person, offering cuisine inspired by local tradition... enriched by some pleasant refinements!
We enjoyed a good appetizer, delicious tonnarelli with red meat and mushroom sauce, an amazing stew, an excellent beef steak and a genuine mixed side salad. We ended the meal with some good tozzetti and coffee. The cost/quality ratio is extremely favourable.
Worth a visit.

This new management of Kiathos is truly a very happy surprise... comfortable environment, very kind manager, impeccable cuisine. We took two first courses (peasant-style mushroom soup and gnocchi with courgettes, speck and saffron) simply for competition. Highly recommendable for locals and tourists. We will be back.

A good place to eat and dine, they have a menu (you have to ask for it, otherwise they won't offer it to you). The biggest flaw is that they only accept cash.

Questa osteria è perfetta per un pranzo informale: ottima cucina tradizionale, ottima accoglienza, porzioni abbondanti, prezzo onesto, arredamento anni 80... ma simpatico. Se ritorneroʻ da queste parti, ci rivedremo. Grazie

Chef Bandana doesn't know much about interior design, he's not interested in Flanders tablecloths and Bone China service, he doesn't have a cellar of a hundred labels and he doesn't manage a white brigade.
At Chef Bandana, however, you can eat like God.

Erano ormai anni che non entravo in un locale così meravigliosamente autentico.
Pietanze dal sapore antico, porzioni esagerate, gentilezza sincera, ambiente molto informale, qualità/prezzo stellare e lo Chef Bandana che fa spesso capolino in sala.
Abbiamo preso Acquacotta, trippa alla romana e cicoria ripassata, ma abbiamo visto diversi piatti interessanti uscire dalla cucina.
Torneremo!!!
