Da Chef Bandana è stata una scoperta super! Locale tranquillo, con parcheggio comodo. Ho preso una carbonara con tartufo davvero deliziosa– cremosa al punto giusto e con quel profumo di tartufo che ti conquista subito.
Menù ben bilanciato tra carne e pesce, quindi ce n’è per tutti i gusti. Prezzi davvero onesti per la qualità offerta. Sicuramente tornerò per provare il resto! Consigliatissimo. Complimenti chef bandana!

Small, family-run restaurant located just outside the walls of the village of San Martino al Cimino, which offers homemade but elaborate dishes, with extra-large portions, at reasonable prices. The quality of the ingredients is very high and the chef (who is also the owner) demonstrates passion and a lot of inventiveness. The availability and courtesy offered by the staff is exquisite, as are the dishes offered. Definitely worth adding to your favorites

Cibo da Trattoria di una volta, con primi piatti ben eseguiti ed abbondanti, frutto della competenza dello chef-patron . Il prezzo di quanto consumato e' in linea con la tipologia di locale e della qualità offerta. Andro' ancora per provare altri piatti e magari un po' di carne . A presto

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. I'm writing this review after going there twice in the space of 15 days: the first time I appreciated how they cook the fish, fantastic spaghetti with seafood and a truly special fry; the second time some paccheri carbonara with a touch of truffle and perfectly cooked wild boar meat. Generous portions accompanied by excellent wine and a good side dish.
The waiter, kind and attentive, offered us a plate of samplers of pancakes and cured meats to wait for the first course and at the end a nice plate of typical desserts to accompany the coffee.
The price of the menu, which varied from week to week, was still 18 euros(!) and honestly, in terms of the quality of the food and the service, it was EXTREMELY honest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I return in December, I leave carte blanche to the chef: amazing polenta, exceptional wild boar and Argentinian meat, a liquorice tiramisu that leaves you breathless... I'm sorry I can't leave more than five stars. And the prices are always small restaurant prices. I love it.

A very nice and welcoming place, it is managed by the good Chef Bandana (Massimo) who is a friendly and efficient person, offering cuisine inspired by local tradition... enriched by some pleasant refinements!
We enjoyed a good appetizer, delicious tonnarelli with red meat and mushroom sauce, an amazing stew, an excellent beef steak and a genuine mixed side salad. We ended the meal with some good tozzetti and coffee. The cost/quality ratio is extremely favourable.
Worth a visit.

This new management of Kiathos is truly a very happy surprise... comfortable environment, very kind manager, impeccable cuisine. We took two first courses (peasant-style mushroom soup and gnocchi with courgettes, speck and saffron) simply for competition. Highly recommendable for locals and tourists. We will be back.
