Hands down the BEST noodles I have had ever. I got the Ramen without soup. It was so tasty with beef. And this was 2024 March.
I have not been able to find anything like it in the USA or Canada. This was the highlight on the food side in Italy.

I'll start off by saying: do not go in expecting japanese style ramen. this is lamian, chinese noodles! BUT!! the food is so tasty, you will be delighted. It's a very bright light in a sea of trattorias. they only serve one main dish (the lamian) but they do it so well and of course all the sides are delicious in their own rights, I recommend the soup dumplings!! The hostess was very nice, and our food got here very quickly after ordering. you can watch the chefs prep the dishes in the back also!! really cool vibe, cannot recommend enough.

Very good! We dined there one evening for two, a very quiet place.
The Lamian was excellent, tasty, and plentiful. Good value.
The only downside is the price of the side dishes and smaller plates, which is a bit high. €5 for three ravioli (in total) is a bit high, but they're handmade, so it's fair enough.

Not a lot of choice, but the dishes served are very tasty. The service is also very pleasant, the restaurant clean and bright. A great place to discover and rediscover. We warmly recommend it.

The food was excellent, except that the temperature in the restaurant was above 27 degrees, which made you forget what you were eating and rush to leave. It's a shame, because it ruined the whole evening. We would have ordered other dishes, but we just escaped the heat. Low marks for the atmosphere and service.

Vieni esclusivamente per il lamien sia in brodo che asciutto. Carina la cucina a vista dove si vede tirare gli spaghetti. Ottimi i ravioli fatti al momento. Prezzi buoni.

La comida era sabrosa, pero no había mucha elección. La calidad de la carne y los fideos era buena. El ambiente era muy agradable también. Me hubiera gustado hielo en las bebidas.
