What a show, it is difficult for me to be fully satisfied with a restaurant between service and cuisine. The structure is decentralized with respect to Dobbiaco and is located just outside, all in wood with photovoltaic panels (close to the environment) and the interior is warm and welcoming. The guys who manage the structure are fast and friendly, we tasted a house appetizer for 4 (all cured meats) and various first courses including black ravioli, canederli, homemade mezzelune and tagliolini with lamb ragù (large portions). For second course, roast suckling pig with crispy rind and venison goulash. All accompanied by an excellent house merlot.

We had dinner at this restaurant, ordering an appetizer of their own cured meats, all delicious, so good that we bought some speck to take home, I must say at a great price too. For the second course, veal cheek and pork in a crust, both excellent, and to finish a selection of desserts, one better than the other.
Absolutely excellent value for money, beautiful and well-kept place with well-trained and very kind staff.

We returned to this restaurant/farmhouse and confirm that for us it is the best in the area. The dishes, while respecting the culinary tradition of the place, are masterfully revisited without altering their authenticity thanks to the mastery of the Indian chef. Really good, affable and kind. An added value for this place.
The service was impeccable and the owner was very friendly.

Abbiamo pranzato qui per la seconda volta ed è sempre una garanzia.
Assaggio di speck offerto per iniziare.
Per proseguire abbiamo preso il maialino e la guancia di vitello… che dire MERAVIGLIOSI, la guancia si scioglieva in bocca. Entrambi ricchi di contorni: puree, fagiolini avvolti nella pancetta, strudel di verdure e insalatina.
Prezzo di ogni piatto 20€!!!
Per finire frittelle di mele eccellenti.
Da consigliare anche il tris di primi che abbiamo assaggiato l’altra volta.
