The food was good, although the plates were a bit small, but that's okay. I ate well, nothing to complain about. The staff was a bit annoyed, almost annoyed by our presence.

We stopped for dinner last Monday. Many nearby restaurants were closed, especially on Tuesdays. Plus, they were going on vacation for a week the next day, so we were doubly lucky! We ordered two first courses and two second courses, both my wife and I were satisfied. The house white wine, which is certainly not out of place in this area, was also excellent. We dined outside in a space under beautiful, enormous trees, furnished with large wooden tables and benches. It was very beautiful, quiet, and quaint, and the service was provided by very friendly and helpful staff. The price was more than fair; I would recommend it to everyone.

Great restaurant at Ital/Slov border, close to Gorizia. Delicious food - my wife and I had pasta and gnocchi - we also took tasty sweets, combined with excellent domestic wine. Good prices, efficient service and lovely huge garden with tables in a shade… Lovely evening spent there!
