Kokosushi In Ferrara

We have dined several times in different conditions (as a couple, in a group, as a family) and we have always had a great time. We consider it the best AYC eat in Ferrara, we really love their raw dishes such as red prawns and scampi which, although they can only be ordered once per person, are truly high quality, like all the rest of the sashimi; However, the menu offers all the typical choices of restaurants in this category (with some Mediterranean fusion gems such as buffalo sashimi, fantastic!) You order with the tablet and the service is generally very quick and efficient, and the presence among the wines, in addition to the canonical bottles, the possibility of ordering carafes of white wine on tap, both still and sparkling, truly pleasant, which allow significant savings especially when you are in a group. The place is modern, clean, welcoming and sober, the staff is very kind and even on crowded evenings we didn't have any major service problems. The price is average. Excellent quality, both in ingredients and composition. One of the best sushi restaurants I've tried, among the all you can eat the best without a doubt. I went on a Saturday evening at the beginning of the evening and the dishes arrived within minutes. Everything I ordered was delicious (honorable mention to the sashimi, uramaki and ramen), I hope to be able to return soon.
