Good food. There is a limit on sashimi and some items on the menu (max. 3). The menu is served with a QR code, where you can select what you want with your phone and place your order. You can order 5 dishes per person every 15 minutes. I didn't like the cover charge (which isn't the case at many other sushi restaurants).

We went to this sushi place for the first time on Friday for lunch (while passing through Ferrara). The food was very good and of good quality. The service was very friendly and attentive. When I'm in Ferrara again, I'll gladly return!

Also noteworthy is the long-term customer service, thanks to both special deals and offers for students and the excellent loyalty program. Special mention goes to the gluten-free offerings: the staff demonstrates expertise and attention to celiac disease, ensuring safe procedures and a significantly wider selection than the average AYCE sushi restaurant. This is something that truly makes a difference for many customers. The value for money is also very convincing: prices are absolutely reasonable, and given the overall quality of the experience, the restaurant could easily tolerate a small increase without being out of line. If there's room for improvement, a little more ventilation on the outdoor patio during the hottest days would be appreciated, but this is truly a minor detail compared to the overall excellent experience. Compliments to the entire staff: for quality, reliability, customer service, and food inclusivity, KOI Sushi remains one of the best places to eat in Ferrara.

I've returned after a long time... and I'll keep coming back!! The welcome is very pleasant. The restaurant is located in the center of Ferrara (formerly the Stock Exchange) in a very unique building. Glass ceilings allow you to eat in an internal courtyard, making dinner a unique experience. We came with our 1-year-old baby; the waiters laughed and joked with him every time they passed by our table. The menu is very varied and the food is EXCELLENT! Plus, there's something for everyone! From raw to cooked, from vegetarian to sophisticated and traditional. I recommend coming with a fully charged phone and a strong desire to explore the incredibly extensive menu! We've made it a regular stop!

It's unfortunate to see that the service has gotten worse... Unsolicited dishes arrive, and other ordered dishes never arrive at all. The wait was long. Some grilled dishes were cold (perhaps forgotten at the service station). We left without receiving everything we'd ordered. Currently, for the price charged, there are better options in Ferrara.
