I received a very warm welcome and was very well received by the staff. The rooms are very pleasant and spotlessly clean. However, the restaurant is expensive, the portions are small, and the quality needs improvement.

I'll start with the convenient paid parking, with a difference in price between the outdoor parking (€10) and the underground parking (€12). From the main entrance, you can see and smell the cleanliness. Beautiful and meticulously cared for, down to the last detail. I was greeted by a very kind, friendly, and professional receptionist. After checking in, I took the elevator to my room. The fresh, light, and very pleasant scent accompanied me from the entrance to my room. The carpeting was new, only in the elevator and in the very clean and well-kept hallway. Upon opening the room, I was immediately pleasantly surprised. The room I had seen in the photo when I booked in person was much better! Quite spacious, well-furnished, with everything you need. A strong safe, a working minibar stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and sweets. The price list was on the table, where I found a wonderful surprise: they kindly offered water, a set of teas and herbal teas, a set of coffees (decaffeinated, regular, and instant decaf and regular), a coffee machine, and a kettle. The bed was impeccable! High mattress, covered with a topper and very ironed linens, 2 pillows, very light but warm duvet. The room is perfectly soundproofed! Even though it's close to the highway, there's no noise! ​​The bed is very comfortable, I slept great! The bathroom is super-equipped with quality products (liquid hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and after-shampoo product). Towels are plentiful and just the right size for everything. The bathroom is also extremely clean! In addition to the large mirror, there's also a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer, and freshly wrapped toilet paper. Maintenance and cleanliness are truly rare!!! A 4-star hotel, but of the highest quality! The property has a fairly large and well-equipped gym, as well as a spa. I congratulate the owner and staff for their attention to every detail! I felt very welcomed and pampered! This is a TRUE 4-star hotel that should be an example! I had the opportunity to pay very little (€47 + €7 city tax), but I guarantee it's worth every penny! I don't think I'd stay anywhere else on my business trips or otherwise in Milan! This is the hotel I'd book every time I return to Milan! And if you want to experience the same amazing experience I did, book now! I highly recommend it and guarantee the excellent quality, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff, both at check-in (available until late at night) and check-out!

Good looking and nice inside, strong breakfast, but problems with heating system in batrhom - didn't work and a lot of cobwebs in apartment.

Very well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms. The restaurant was excellent, where we ate deliciously and was excellent value. Service was courteous and prompt. The location, a bit out of the way, was the only downside.
