04/01/2026: The high expectations we had for this spa hotel were not met. The hotel's common areas are very welcoming and the staff is very friendly, however, we found numerous flaws that could be improved with a little more attention. First and foremost, the water in the pool and tubs was too cold, so much so that no guests were able to venture in; the spa was too small, especially the relaxation area, which on weekends couldn't accommodate all the guests present: a few more loungers would be enough.
The first day we arrived, our room had separate beds, and only the next day (after three requests to reception) did they join them with a sheet, which didn't really solve the problem, as we were sinking in the middle.
Finally, the half-board restaurant was good, but the service was excessively slow. We had booked a dinner at their gourmet restaurant, Alpes, a Michelin-starred restaurant (which also features the name Alpes), by email a month in advance. However, once we arrived in the lobby, we were told that it was impossible to dine at the gourmet restaurant they call the "Alpes experience" because our reservation wasn't recorded. So we were redirected to the half-board restaurant, which, while we liked it, hadn't been our initial choice. The website is also quite confusing.
14/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, and always friendly staff. We used the spa, and the only downside we found was the water temperature in all the outdoor pools, which is cold and doesn't allow for much relaxation.
The breakfast is spectacular, with excellent products, but written or verbal information about whether you can also order from the kitchen is needed, otherwise guests won't know.
Overall, the facility is excellent, and the restaurant is top-notch.
