What a fantastic find Restaurant Lamm 1280 turned out to be on a busy Saturday night in Vipiteno! Surprisingly uncrowded, we were immediately impressed by the swift and attentive service. I ordered the traditional winerschnitzel, with potatoes, while my husband raved about his pasta (didn’t have a chance to take a photo).The accompanying wine was equally delicious, perfectly complementing our meals. And the best part of all was the incredible dessert: a rich chocolate cake paired with a vibrant pistachio ice cream and cream. It was, without a doubt, one of the best dessert we have had in a long time. For anyone visiting Vipiteno, Italy. Restaurant Lamm 1280 is an absolute must-visit. Don't miss out on this culinary gem!

Clean and well-kept environment, fast service, menu not particularly extensive but with well-executed dishes and excellent quality ingredients.

I came across this restaurant with a work colleague last week. We ate very well, an excellent appetizer of local cold cuts and cheeses, then a trio of first courses typical of the area and a goulash. It was all delicious. Also the impeccable service and the price consistent with the offer. The waiter was really friendly, after dinner we stopped for a while at the counter and had a nice chat. Very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we come this way.

The ambience and the food are only surpassed by the warmth and courteous nature of all the employees. We have been coming here for 11 years and will continue to spend our ski holidays here. We always feel at home here!

We ended up here by chance, excellent food, right portions (they do justice). The staff are friendly and helpful (and funny, a joke is always welcome). The food makes you savor the essence of Trentino tradition. Amazing, I will definitely go back and EXCELLENT price.

Kleines feines Restaurant. Gutes Essen aber man erwartet bei den Preisen einige kulinarische Überraschungen. Das war nicht der Fall. Manchmal sogar ein flacher Geschmack. Schade; Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz.
