A restaurant in Vipiteno, we ate meat cooked and then kept warm over a wood fire, like the ribs, but the chicken and fries were freshly made. Perhaps we were there on a special day, like a village festival. Value for money: 7.

Passing through Vipiteno, we didn't stay at the hotel, but we stopped for lunch, which was delicious.

Very nice little place, friendly staff, very good food! If you try the lamb tris, you'll have the chance to try typical local first courses, which are very tasty. We then tried a beef consommé with speck dumplings. I thought the consommé was a bit too salty, but the speck dumplings were truly amazing! The beetroot spaetzle are also very good, a nice balance of flavors! And every Wednesday until August 22nd, during the Lantern Festival, you can try their grilled and skewered specialties, which are excellent! As for desserts... I personally fell in love with the shortcrust pastry apple strudel with vanilla sauce, but we also had the chance to try a chocolate and salted caramel variation. I have to say, it was good, but you have to be a chocolate lover because it has a balance of bitter, sweet, and salty flavors, and since the portion is generous, it can be a bit cloying. I absolutely recommend it and would love to go back!

Found by chance, right in the middle of the Vipiteno festival, it's definitely worth a visit. Beautiful, traditional location, excellent service, friendly staff, generous and very tasty dishes. Accompanied by an excellent glass of Le Grain. Remarkable value for money 😊 Recommended.

A very nice restaurant on the main street of Vipiteno. We ordered typical Tyrolean dishes, dumplings in broth, potato rosti and sauerkraut... everything was excellent, including the red wine (Lagrein) and the double malt beer. Very friendly staff and excellent value! Romantic atmosphere! ❤️

The food was good, but the servers were a bit overwhelmed by the quality of the restaurant, untrained, and confused. Any special request must be approved by the chef.
