Nice discovery in the center of Vipiteno! Modern, well-kept place and excellent cuisine! I recommend the braised meat, ribs and goulash. Prices also slightly lower than average. Well done!

Kleines feines Restaurant. Gutes Essen aber man erwartet bei den Preisen einige kulinarische Überraschungen. Das war nicht der Fall. Manchmal sogar ein flacher Geschmack. Schade; Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. The food has no particular quality or sophistication. The portions are very clear and you are forced to eat an appetizer. The sauerkraut is tasteless, not homemade, the Wiener schnitzel is also too thin and lacks flavor - simple standard food that is too expensive, we would have expected more.

Wir haben uns im Restaurant Kleine Flamme sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Sehr gute Nudel und Fischgerichte.

22/11/2024: Very special, individually and lovingly managed gourmet hotel. A must for every foodie outside of the mainstream star eating. Book La Fuga with Mattia Baroni and enjoy the house bottling in a double liter bottle, unfiltered and spontaneously fermented 💫
15/11/2024: I was super satisfied! The best service I have ever experienced. High quality, delicious food (especially the breakfast!) and a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness offer was very professional and wide-ranging with a focus on detox. The spa manager Milo knows what he is talking about and gave me great advice. Lots of great hiking opportunities for beginners to professionals. The employees take care of every concern, even the boss is always visible and super friendly and helpful. This gives a nice, familiar and cozy feeling. For me an 11 out of 10 and I would love to come back any time! Thank you for the lovely time
