On a trip to Rome, my friends and I ate at this restaurant. Superb carbonara, excellent service. Definitely worth the 4.6 star rating. I'll definitely return when I'm back in Rome.

I dined alone. I got a good seat by the heater. The service was very friendly, attentive, and warm, but not intrusive. There were quite a few people dining alone. The pasta with shrimp, mussels, and truffles was truly delicious.

CRAFT - for good times

05/03/2026: Discovered by chance, but it was a great evening. Very good beer.
07/01/2026: Great beers brewed by Craft itself. Very good food: from pinsa to salad. Rich dishes. Even the spirits are home-made.

06/01/2026: I believe it recently changed management. My previous review was about 2 years ago, and I think it's a sign of fairness not to penalize new owners. I'm giving it 3 stars while waiting to try again. 2023 I'm returning after a while, confident I'll make a good impression on friends. The pizzas are cold, except for mine, which didn't arrive even after several reminders. It's true that they apologized and I wasn't charged my share of the bill, but that doesn't justify what happened. I feel sorry for one waiter in particular, because his professionalism doesn't deserve a 1, but I'd give him a 5. It was clear he hadn't been given the proper conditions to work properly. It's a real shame; I've sent so many people there over the past 2 years, but I don't think we'll be back.
