Good, even though I remembered it being better.

This place comes in third place in my personal preference ranking for sushi preparation and tasting in Umbria. The suppliers are common to more or less everyone, the difference is made by the type of fish that the restaurateur wants to get from these suppliers. There is salmon in bands A, B and C, this is placed in B with the right fat ratio but overall not particularly tasty. I found the preparation of the rice interesting since it had little sugar but it didn't seem like Kome to me. I wasn't crazy about the Temaki because the seaweed wasn't crunchy and because as I ordered them the quantity of salmon decreased or became thinner. The tuna still has too strong a taste even in this place, the ideal would be the bigeye. The cans of drinks have a disproportionate cost: €2.50 for a can of coke and €6.50 for the bottle. Hot dishes like salt and pepper shrimp are identical to all other "Asian" places.

We went to this Chinese restaurant on Friday evening, we did the usual all you can eat formula and I must say that from the outside it's a bit scary and at first I turned to leave, but after reading some positive reviews I decided to go in. but in fact the interior has nothing to do with the exterior, so I highly recommend the restaurateur to improve the external appearance a little. The dishes they brought us amazed us from start to finish. I will definitely go back but I give advice to everyone: don't order the food quickly and order a little at a time anyway because we basically stopped at the starters, we didn't get any starters. nor seconds, however, it is a place that I highly recommend, perhaps among the best I have been to.
