We booked a table on January 1st.
The owner answered and was immediately courteous and helpful.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted with a warmth and courtesy rarely found in other locations.
What about the dishes?
They brought us some truly exceptional freshly prepared first courses... the sublime girasoli with mushrooms and truffles and the typical local pasta with caciocavallo, pepper, crispy pancetta, and truffle.
Everything was fantastic.
The house wine was also excellent.
For main courses, we opted for the Florentine steak and tagliata.
The meat cut like butter.
These guys are definitely excellent.
If we have the chance to return to these parts, it will be an undeniable stop.
