The food is good, as always at KFC: very good chicken. However, in this place every time I go, there are always groups of kids sitting at the tables smoking their cigarettes and no staff intervenes. (How can they not see them?) Considering that it is a place also designed for families, it would be important to enforce the rules and ensure a more controlled and respectful environment for everyone.

KFC always has good food.. unfortunately we have been to this establishment 3 times.. and each time we found the drinks machines where only water came out instead of sprite, pepsi or pepsi light. So we had to give up drinking. We were in the bathroom with an absurd smell of piss that you can't even wash your hands. Sitting at a table they made us get up because they had to wash the floor and they moved us where a lady decided for us. I don't think we will return to this establishment, it's a shame it ruins the name of KFC

I had a long time without coming to eat at this restaurant, I have. Having said that, I'll go there for a moment. kfc of Bicocca And I find myself with such rubbish. I didn't think that such a globally recognized chain would arrive. At this filthy level. And also disgusting anyway, the employee trait is just the trait not to mention. Shitty. It's really disgusting. In the end I decided to go back and eat somewhere else, you can see. That. The manager was not present.

It changes a bit from the classic fast food... the chicken is real chicken and not a recomposed one. The corn on the cob is excellent and there is also mashed potatoes.; even the classic chips here have the skin.

Un fast food come tanti altri che rispetta lo standard medio di questo genere di locali e dei punti vendita di questa catena. In zona Bicocca lo trovo efficace come posizione e per il prezzo che consente pasti veloci risparmiando qualcosa rispetto a tanti altri punti vendita non di catene che si possono trovare nell’area. Per il resto sai cosa ti aspetta, sia come cibo che come ambiente e pulizia: le pecche che si trovano non sono una negatività specifica del punto vendita ma purtroppo ormai in generale di gran parte dei locali di questo genere e settore.

23/07/2025: The food is just what you expect from the MCDONALD'S, but the personnel honestly look sad and they are really slow in general. The kiosks did not work properly and they got my order wrong as well. I think it is not them that is the problem but the MC should take better care of their workers.

24/05/2025: Spending little and getting full is still possible in 2025 with cheap and substantial menus and the possibility of refilling drinks. Of course, finding a free table in a place like this is often not easy and very often the hygiene of the surfaces is what it is counting the thousands of daily influxes but the cleaning staff always intervenes promptly .... I await other KFC openings ✌️
10/05/2025: Good food and fairly fast service on less crowded days, there are many tables but on the weekend it is possible to find them all full given the large amount of people who go to the shopping center especially around midday and one in the morning
