KFC In Milano

We often go to the KFC in Bicocca Village for the convenience and because we are big fans of chicken, especially the crispy version, which is our favorite. However, the experience in the restaurant is penalized by poor cleanliness: the drink dispenser is often a disaster and the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It would be ideal to improve these aspects to ensure a more welcoming environment. As for the rest, nothing to say: the food always lives up to expectations! We also often ask for home delivery and they are always punctual and precise.

Really quick and tidy, but you can improve the drinks a bit.

Unlimited drinks, but it's really not drinkable. Who knows how much water he added inside.

Fraud. Twice I took advantage of an offer via the app, and both times I was told that the cheese bites were not available, and that I would have to replace them with chips or mashed potatoes, as they were sold out. When the second time I asked if it was possible to purchase them separately I was told yes. When I asked the restaurant manager for explanations, I was told that it is the restaurant's decision whether or not to accept giving the cheese bites with this offer. He told me that unfortunately the supplier brings him only a few and therefore they can only give them to those who purchase them at full price. I don't think it makes sense to say anything else, in the face of such behavior, which I would never have expected from a chain of the caliber of KFC.

Fast food in bicocca, delicious and convenient

I don’t have anything to say about quality or the taste of food, but one thing that stood out was the bathroom. I wanted to wash my hands before the meal, and when I entered the bathroom, it smelled like homeless people were living there. It affected the appetite, my mood, and experience at this restaurant.

The food its always delicious! Too bad the automatic drinking machines had problems. I wanted to get iced peach tea and i found myself with a mix of every flavour... the atmosphere wasn't really the best. There were a few people that were making a lot of noise and they even started fighting at a point... It would be best if someone of the staff went to ask to be quieter

The KFC in Milan Bicocca is exceptional! The food is delicious, with the classic irresistible taste of KFC fried chicken. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and perfect for a lunch break or an informal dinner. Absolutely recommended for lovers of good food and impeccable service!
