Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff.

You know what's going on here? The usual over-fried food, which you can indulge in every now and then, but certainly not often. The menu revolves entirely around chicken, with very few variations: even the hotdog sandwich (only spicy or cheese, so those who don't like those flavors have no alternatives), no sausages or lighter options: always, just breaded, fried chicken. It's difficult to build customer loyalty if you don't get over the "everything is fried in oil" attitude. Specializing in chicken is fine, but serving lighter dishes would make the experience more balanced. Prices are a bit high, especially considering they use the cheapest meat available.
