My point of reference. I had a few glitches on a Sunday, when I asked, "Are you okay? Can I go eat?" They said yes, but I was actually missing ketchup and pistachio ice cream (the latter ordered immediately, not "later"), but I understand that it was Sunday, there were a lot of people, and so it was difficult for just two girls. The ketchup and ice cream were still given to me after about 5 minutes.

Excellent location, excellent quality/price ratio

I don't come here often, but I've ordered takeout several times due to work. So far, I can't complain: very fast, punctual, courteous, and polite. Problems, delays, mistakes can happen...it happens everywhere. Unfortunately, we work in a country whose system doesn't favor or prioritize workers.

Tried it today for lunch with my family... delicious chicken and especially the brunette cashier with the hat was kind and friendly. We'll be back again.
