The order is handled very well for them, you can order outside at the window or inside. When we were there, they were packed, but we didn't have to wait long, but there were few seats, the upstairs was completely full, so we found a place on the street. Since the sidewalk is on the edge, there are many people, cars and trams, which may not be comfortable for everyone. We ordered a bucket of husi for 2 people, the original chicken and the strips were delicious, but the wings had almost nothing to do with what I've eaten elsewhere. They lacked spice, but were crispy and hot. You can pour the drink yourself into the glass you receive when ordering.

This is the first "fast" KFC that I've visited here in Italy, usually KFC staffs are slow and it will take you more than 15 minutes to get your order even during off-peak hours. Would be Great if they also have the totems or touch screen kiosks to order food but so far their service is Great

I received very good service at KFC in Milan. The place was always being cleaned, and even when I arrived at the top and found some dirty tables, within a few minutes they were sanitized. The environment is very pleasant and very clean. The service is very fast and the service is great, especially when it comes to cleanliness, including the bathrooms.

Unfortunately there were too many people in the place so there was a bit of disorder in the service and in the rooms despite there being a boy who always cleaned but firstly a little too little for the amount of people present, secondly we also became less respectful of respect towards others... Excellent food!
