Excellent food and service too. There is no bathroom downstairs and if you go upstairs there is a long queue. For food they didn't have popcorn.

This is a terrible place. Do not order the peach tea or lemon tea — the flavor is so weak, it’s like someone poured a cup of peach tea into the ocean. Absolutely bland and disappointing. A truly awful experience.

I tried the KFC in Milan (via orefici) they were really kind, having been with my mother (disabled) they gave her the opportunity to go up even without a receipt so as not to make her stand, plus they took very little to prepare the menus and the staff was also very kind, especially not to mention the super good learned chicken I think it's the best chicken I've ever eaten, I've tried fast food but this really surpasses them all I'll go back without thinking twice

Long times due to the amount of people who pass through as it is in the central area. At the counter I found some not very friendly staff who banged things up while preparing the trays

11/03/2025: Very pretty place. Clean room, just needs a little updating. The staff are lovely. Breakfast at the top. We will go back
28/02/2025: The room is a bit dated. The staff's welcome is perfect for the hotel and restaurant. The staff are friendly and willing to communicate with each other, and they are available. Good value for money. The Douomo is easy to access.
