We had a great time! Federica, the woman who runs the shop, professionally assisted us at the kiosks to order our menu and gave excellent advice despite the large crowd in the store! Recommended

⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 My KFC experience at the Adigeo food court was unfortunately one to forget. Some dishes were already listed as unavailable for purchase on the kiosks, a difficult anomaly to understand. We ordered a box of nuggets and other chicken specialties, but they arrived visibly cold, as if they had been waiting a while before being served. Another negative note: this KFC doesn't accept American Express, unlike many other locations of the same chain in Italy. I hope this is just an isolated incident, but next time I'm at the Adigeo, I'll avoid this KFC and look elsewhere.

The staff is unfriendly. The food is quite good, although it doesn't seem to be freshly prepared. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

07/09/2025: We ordered and were served very quickly. Despite the crowd, we were able to find a seat to eat. They put the fries on last so they're nice and hot. They are friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The meal was good. (They clean the tables and benches after each visit, and the trash is clean and well sorted.)
