Today, November 3, 2025, I was at the KFC store in Verona Adigeo around 4:00 PM.
The food was impeccable, considering the quality of the chain's offerings.
The service was a bit less so. The girl at the counter was rather listless, throwing products onto trays (for example, a tray after mine, which had the iconic corn cob icon, which was thrown). To top it all off, having to call out the order numbers, if I was even 1 second late with the first call, she started complaining as soon as I got close to the tray, literally saying, "Don't make me yell, guys, I don't feel like it." All this because she repeated my order number twice, and it took me 5 seconds to get up and collect it.

And here we are! After a while, I came back to see you. Today the center was really busy, but the girls didn't lose heart. Despite the Sunday chaos, they gave it their all and, as always, were very kind and patient. See you soon 😘

Today I was in a rush and stopped at KFC for lunch.
Considering how crazy it was, the staff was patient and friendly.
One girl with red hair, in particular, stood out to me, smiling and friendly; she really brightened my day.
