Yesterday I came to KFC and it was very crowded. There was only one Sri Lankan woman at the cash register, working alone and managing everything. Even though the place was very crowded and I mixed up my order, she helped me very kindly without rushing me or showing impatience. She was very polite, calm, and helpful with all the customers. I really appreciated her positive attitude and the professional way she handled the situation despite the crowd. Thank you for the excellent customer service! 🙂

Highly recommended. You might have to wait 15-25 minutes for chicken, but that's fine because it's made to order, and it also depends on how many customers we have. You can taste how fresh and crispy it is from the hands of the employees. Even the ladies in front are kind and willing to listen. Every time I've come here, I've never had any problems with them. The only thing I need to do is salt the fries better, because I often find myself asking for a packet of salt. I'll conclude with GREAT KFC! 🔥🔥
