I go there at least two or three times a month. It's a surefire choice for the quality of the products and the attentive, yet unobtrusive, service. Meat reigns supreme and is the house specialty, but I recommend trying the pasta dishes, as they're definitely worth it. The prices are absolutely reasonable and not overpriced like most restaurants these days. It's best to book in the evening, as it's a very popular place, as you can imagine.

An incredible evening at Karni & Braci! The quality of the meat was simply exceptional, the staff's professionalism impeccable, and the service was superb! Special thanks to Ruggero, our table host, for making the evening even more special. The atmosphere was perfect for an evening with friends. Ristorante molto bello e in stile moderno, dove è necessaria la prenotazione perchè hanno più turni sulla serata.
Tanti tagli di carne particolari, per la scelta dei quali è utile affidarsi al consiglio dei camerieri.
Diaframma spettacolare che si scioglieva in bocca!
Non riprenderei invece la vacca vecia, con il bordo grasso che non gradisco.
Ottimo anche l'antipasto con fiori di zucca in pastella ripieni di acciuga e mozzarella, oltre alle patatine a sfoglia artigianali fatte da loro.
Prezzi sopra alla media, ma giustificati dalla qualità e dal contesto.
Infine, parcheggio interno molto comodo!

Fiorentina molto buona!
Antipasti nella norma, belli gli spazi tra un tavolo e l’altro.
Unica nota negativa la turnistica, ma per ragioni di business credo che al sabato ci stia come scelta.
