Kapuziner Platz im Wald is a rustic and welcoming Bavarian beer hall, perfect for those who love German cuisine. Typical dishes such as shin and frankfurters, generous portions and an excellent selection of craft beers. The service is friendly, and the lively atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. In summer, the outdoor terrace is ideal for outdoor dining. A great choice for an informal and tasty dinner!

The food is very good, as is the quality/price ratio of the dishes. The hamburger is served without sauces for the chips... I then asked for some ketchup and they brought me two sachets... and on the bill I found a 40 cent charge against a bill of 105-odd. The bill, as I said before, is proportionate to the quality of the food and therefore nothing to say. I just find it ridiculous to serve side dishes without sauces and then charge 40 cents for ketchup. Some lousy stuff

Historic place in the area that I like to define as suggestive and fascinating for its particularity starting from its location in the middle of nowhere. Warmly welcomed by very friendly, nice people! Very varied menu with excellent beer dishes and good drinks for a delicious and tasty evening! Handsome!!!

What a wonderful place! The welcome is wonderful, it seems as if they welcome you into their home. The service is perfect, the result of competent, ironic and engaging staff. The food is the best Bavarian I've ever eaten! Go and visit them, even just for a beer... it's worth it!!!

What a find! I have very little to say! I would like to stock up on everything and try everything! The cheese platter and the eggs with bacon and potatoes are highly recommended, but what I tried and tasted was worth it! I suggest going there if you're very hungry because they don't skimp on the portions!

Impeccabile. Cena con amici, piatti molto ben preparati, birre ottime, ma abbiamo soprattutto apprezzato la cortesia dello staff. C’è stata una piccola incomprensione all’ordine e devo dire che è stata risolta con professionalità e cortesia. Complimenti a tutti voi che lavorate instancabilmente.

Purtroppo del localo dove andavo 8/10 anni fa da “giovane” non è rimasto molto! La parte più bella con le vetrate non è più di loro proprietà, è rimasta solo la parte interna. Cibo nella media, abbastanza caro. Tris di primi, in cui sul menu uno dei tris erano gli Spatzle con ragù di cervo ma son arrivati al burro (non ho comunque detto nulla ma ho pagato il piatto al prezzo pieno). Birramisù deludente…non è affatto quello di un tempo. La Weiss invece buona. In conclusione, non ne vale la pena purtroppo.

16/05/2025: We went to Würsteria11 for lunch and we would definitely go back next time we come to Varese. The sausages are really high quality, tasty but light, and the pretzel used as bread for the hot dogs is a stroke of genius: soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. The French fries have a hint of spices that makes them unique, and you don't even feel the oil The Rosti are fantastic, especially the ones with speck l. The combinations are well thought out, not obvious, and you can feel that there is care behind them. The owner was very kind and very friendly, which is rare and always appreciated (he also offered us coffee in beautiful cups) The place has a relaxed atmosphere, which makes you enjoy the experience even more. Like the fact that it is close to the Giardini Estensi. Promoted across the board.
08/05/2025: We walked past the restaurant several times and were always intrigued. Nice and welcoming place with open kitchen. Attractive and typical Alpine details. We took an alpine cutting board, exquisite. Followed by a raclette rosti with speck and a raclette plate... both excellent. Friendly and attentive service! Highly recommended!!

07/05/2025: I rate the place as a restaurant. Excellent food, limited choice of beers (only 3 on tap), slightly high prices. Friendly staff. Bavarian style environment, very clean, sober and tidy. There are some very high tables that are really nice and comfortable.
