I found this restaurant on the fork. Beautiful
experience, very clean, tidy and...
settled, the waitress very nice and
prepared, you can see that there is an idea. On the plates,
well a mix of flavors that really appealed to me
left stunned. I recommend the pecorino mousse
and parmesan. Honest prices. Definitely there

For me, a restaurant must be elegant but not pretentious, it must offer quality, original and imaginative cuisine, it must have a staff that puts you at ease and it must have a reasonable price... not easy! Well, I found it in Matera, a little out of the way, but close to the centre.. if you pass through Matera go there, you will thank me.. the chef is really good and the proposals revisit the ancient recipes of this land with originality and imagination.. the first courses are amazing, the suckling pig is a delight, and let yourself be tempted by the tiramisu... light and delicate. Enjoy your meal!!!

I don't know if they have the best pasta I've ever had, but if not, it's close. All dishes were delicious, including the panna cotta for dessert. Incredible!! Attentive and friendly attention, all cozy and spacious to enjoy a unique experience. Price, for the quality of the dishes, also very good. An absolute 10.

A delicious dinner, we booked with TheFork and it was a wonderful discovery. Everything is truly excellent from the starters to the main courses (which we forgot to take a photo of because of their goodness), it will certainly be a point of reference for eating Materano. It was like eating dishes cooked by grandmother but with an extra touch of class. Not to forget the friendliness and friendliness, truly unique! Thank you for a delightful evening. We will definitely be back.
