A very nice restaurant with exceptionally friendly hosts. We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice. The pasta is freshly made in-house, and the dishes are truly excellent. Highly recommended!

You won't find pasta like this in Poland. Absolutely delicious! My wife and I left satisfied, full, and even delighted with what we ate. Definitely a place worth recommending...

Decidimos comer lejos de los principales restaurantes turísticos y nos quedamos muy contentos de encontrar este restaurante. Probablemente la mejor pasta que hemos tenido en Italia durante un tiempo y visitamos un montón. ¡Los raviolis y los platos de fusillona eran tan buenos que podríamos haberlos comido toda la noche! También es genial sentarse y ver al chef preparar las comidas en la pequeña cocina. La señora que sirve también era muy servicial y alegre. Un restaurante de cracking.

Cercavamo della pasta fresca ed abbiamo trovato Giuseppe e la sua passione per la cucina e la tradizione. Ravioli e primi piatti buonissimi. Peperoni cruschi come da tradizione pazzeschi, croccanti e leggeri grazie allo schock termico. La location molto curata e particolare con dei vecchi portoni di legno trasformati in tavoli ed una cordialità nel servizio. Già dai nomi del menù si capisce l’importanza dei piatti familiari. Esperienza veramente eccellente, anche nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono mangiare nella vera tradizione lucana.

16/11/2025: Very nice place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The dishes are varied and delicious—not spectacular, but good. I wish I could have given it 4.5 stars instead of 5 because I think the prices are excessive, but I've noticed that they've become so pretty much everywhere in Matera.
15/11/2025: Delicious food and great service. Also, the atmosphere is spectacular being built into the mountain.
