I'm Roby, the singer from Los Locos, and I was here for dinner with friends. Kaori in Barletta is undoubtedly one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever tried. The place is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The fish is incredibly fresh and top-quality, evident immediately in its texture and flavor. Each dish is prepared with great care, elegantly presented, and truly inviting. From the sushi to the hot dishes, everything was impeccable. The staff is exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend or explain the various dishes. Their passion and professionalism are evident, something rare these days. In conclusion, Kaori is a must-try for lovers of good sushi. Highly recommended! An experience worth repeating.

The sushi was okay, nothing special, the ingredients were good, but there wasn't much to add to the flavor. There were no sauces that would enhance the flavor of the ingredients or the fish. Unfortunately, the rice was weak and translucent, and after dipping it in soy sauce, the sushi fell apart. As for the miso ramen, it clearly lacked flavor. I had to add soy sauce to get a better taste of the dish. Unfortunately, my expectations via email were much higher than this place. The price was clearly overpriced considering the taste. The tempura was delicious, I recommend it! A major drawback was the lack of paper towels in the restroom, for which I have to take one star off. For a restaurant of this caliber, that's a huge mistake.

Spectacular place, but otherwise very disappointed given expectations. Paper menu non-existent given the poor service created by the unavailable Wi-Fi, sushi not exceptional, the flavors almost non-existent. Very questionable quality-price ratio. I've been there in previous years and didn't remember it like this.
