The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, and the service is helpful but sometimes rushed and distracted.
The menu is limited, so don't expect the usual Chinese menus—a few dishes divided into appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The quality of the food and ingredients is certainly high, as is the care taken in its preparation. The only downside, in my opinion, is the price-to-quantity ratio. I'm a woman who eats little and fills up quickly, yet the portions here are truly meager for the price. The ravioli are good, but I'd describe them as bite-sized. To leave feeling full, you absolutely have to order at least three courses. The noodles were also a bit small, just three forkfuls. Last tip: €3.80 for a €750 bottle of water—no way.

First time at Kanton restaurant: a unique Chinese cuisine experience combining tradition and innovation. The restaurant is intimate and elegant. We were amazed by all the dishes, the impeccable service, and the helpful and friendly chef.

It's a contemporary restaurant that has little in common with traditional Chinese restaurants. The quality of the ingredients and the technical expertise justify the price, and the cost ratio compared to a Chinese restaurant is 2:1 (so €50 per person versus €25). Anyone who says it's expensive doesn't know what they're talking about. The service for new customers could be improved.

First time at this restaurant, recommended by acquaintances, and it won't be the last. Excellent and beautifully presented food. Attentive service, but room for improvement. The owner apologized for the lack of staff on Sundays, explaining that she struggles to find staff willing to work on Sundays. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained. The bill may seem expensive, but it's absolutely commensurate with the quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen. Definitely worth returning to try other dishes.

Kanton is a place I hold dear to my heart.
The owners are two wonderful people, and eating there is an absolute must. It never disappoints 🤍 The Dan Dan noodles are a must! They've been my favorites for years.
