The quality of the ingredients and the technical expertise justify the price, and the cost ratio compared to a Chinese restaurant is 2:1 (so €50 per person versus €25). Anyone who says it's expensive doesn't know what they're talking about. The service for new customers could be improved.

First time at this restaurant, recommended by acquaintances, and it won't be the last. Excellent and beautifully presented food. Attentive service, but room for improvement. The owner apologized for the lack of staff on Sundays, explaining that she struggles to find staff willing to work on Sundays. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained. The bill may seem expensive, but it's absolutely commensurate with the quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen. Definitely worth returning to try other dishes.

Kanton is a place I hold dear to my heart. The owners are two wonderful people, and eating there is an absolute must. It never disappoints 🤍 The Dan Dan noodles are a must! They've been my favorites for years.

Special praise goes to the staff: extremely kind, smiling, and always attentive to the needs of their guests. Non aspettatevi il ristorante cinese con i piattoni pienissimi e tutti uguali! Questo è un ristorante cinese raffinato, curato, dal locale, che non ha neppure un numero eccessivo di tavoli, alle portate, tutte curate, servite in modo egregio, spiegate bene. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la lista dei vini, ma per il resto è tutto è eccellente. Assolutamente consigliato!! Il costo è ovviamente quello di un ristorante di qualità.
