First time at Kanton restaurant: a unique Chinese cuisine experience combining tradition and innovation. The restaurant is intimate and elegant. We were amazed by all the dishes, the impeccable service, and the helpful and friendly chef.

It's a contemporary restaurant that has little in common with traditional Chinese restaurants. The quality of the ingredients and the technical expertise justify the price, and the cost ratio compared to a Chinese restaurant is 2:1 (so €50 per person versus €25). Anyone who says it's expensive doesn't know what they're talking about. The service for new customers could be improved.

The owner apologized for the lack of staff on Sundays, explaining that she struggles to find staff willing to work on Sundays. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained. The bill may seem expensive, but it's absolutely commensurate with the quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen. Definitely worth returning to try other dishes.

Kanton is a place I hold dear to my heart. The owners are two wonderful people, and eating there is an absolute must. It never disappoints 🤍 The Dan Dan noodles are a must! They've been my favorites for years.
